I went in for a filling and a crown. The appt was supposed to be from 8-11, but I didnt get done until around 12. There was a lot of waiting not related to the making of my crown. It seems they overbook there? The entire staff always seems rushed (and more concerned with finishing up in time to grill out for lunch-seriously the dentist came back in to work on me smelling of grilled chicken and talking about how he got grease from the chicken on his scrubs), and today that resulted in a very big error. If anyone from that office reads this review, they will know immediately who I am. Maybe they need to read this though. It was clearly listed in my paper chart (that was sitting by the keyboard in the exam room I was in) and on the computer (I looked to make sure it was there) that I have a hypersensitivity to epinephrine. Four shots of numbing meds later and Im still having issues with anxiety (wondering why Im being such a baby) and the numbness wearing off too fast; one of the assistants mentions, "We can try another kind of numbing medicine, like the one we use on children. It doesnt have epinephrine in it though." I asked her if theyd been giving me shots with epinephrine, and she said "yes". I said, "Its clearly listed in my chart that Im allergic to it!" She went to the front to talk to the ladies up there about marking it more clearly, or at least this is what she said she was doing. It probably would have been helpful if shed told the dentist because he tried to offer me another shot when he came back in the room. Lack of communication! Another thing that really bothered me was that while he was drilling, every time he would stop he would pull the drill out before water was done spraying. It was very bothersome and I gasped for air quite a few times. He kept saying, "Relax. Take a deep breath." Umm...guy, youre spraying freakin water on my nose. This might be what waterboarding feels like, maybe mini waterboarding or something. At any rate, it was unpleasant, and if he would have just SLOWED DOWN and let the water stop spraying before removing the drill from my mouth, I wouldnt have been gasping for air each time. He doesnt seem very empathetic, which is essential for a good chair-side manner. They did knock 25% off the charges, but I had to ask. So, my review of Fountain Dental Center is that theyre rushed, dont pay attention to patient charts (kind of important), and I dont think Ill go back again. Everyone there was nice to me, but that doesnt excuse errors. I expect professionalism when Im shelling out as much money as I did today. ETA: He refunded my money.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT RECEIVING FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! i just had the WORST experience with any doctor i have ever dealt with. i paid close to 6000 for dr. noble to treat me with invisalign (clear braces) last week. i went in today to get 3 out of the 11 attachments on my teeth replaced because they were the WRONG color and looked horrible. first i waited TWO hours before anyone came to see me. he didnt apologize or thank me for the wait. fine. then i tell him what i wanted fixed and he told me in a condescending manner that he never had to replace attachments (dental fillings) for any patient in his 20 years of practice and that i would only be wearing my mismatched colored attachments for 6 months only anyways and that i should just deal with it. DEAL WITH IT?? i told him i am paying BIG bucks to get invisalign which should be as clear and invisible as they can be and 6 months was a long time to be wearing ugly bumps on my teeth. he said he refused to spend an hour to replace 3 attachments and threatened to remove all of my attachments and give me a refund. FYI it doesnt take an hour to replace 3 attachments. maybe 10-15 min. so i took the option of getting my refund since i refuse to pay an arrogant dentist that doesnt care about his patients. he has been nothing but rude to me every time i visited and never communicates to me what he doing to my teeth. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVIL

One star was the lowest I could go. Too many issues to list. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the state board and delta dental as we speak. This place is clueless. Biggest issue is that Ive told them for two years I was allergic to epinephrine. I tell them every time. They tell me not to worry that its on my chart. My visit last week I didnt say anything and they gave me epinephrine. I spent two days with body tremors and a severe headache. They said, "oh sorry!" Them asked what it will do. Dr Adams screwd up a bridge two years ago and had to send it back twice. The third time it still didnt fit so he took a grinder to it. Them he sent me a $20.00 gift card to Applebees. I had just paid the 2k out of my pocket. I go in last week for a cleaning and thru show me a picture of that bridge and tell me I must grind my teeth because there is metal showing through. I found out that the bridge is more likely to crack and break now. Im 57 years old and dont grind my teeth. After giving me a drug I list every time that Im allergic to, I never even got a phone call to see how I was.

I wrote a long explanation of how bad my experience was at this practice, but Google decided to delete it. So ill keep it short. Dr Noble couldnt care less about you. HIs Technicians are impatient, rush the work and are unbelievably overbooked. Mouth full of blood, scratched gums and no interest in discussing future dental work with me. This clinic is a chop shop clinic, theyll fix you for something thats wrong with you right now, but theyll display no interest in becoming your primary dental care provider. Like a shoddy car workshop you take your car to for some chips in the windscreen, but you wouldnt trust them as far as you could throw them when it comes to your cars overhaul and detail. You choose what kind of care you want.

This establishment is clean, which means a lot to me! Also, the staff from the front desk, to my exam, cleaning, Xrays, and check out all were so pleasant, caring and happy. It speaks volumes about a business when the employees are cheerful! I havent been to the dentist in years and just got dental insurance. Im sure my teeth were less than desirable and they made them pretty again. The work they did recommend is very necessary and was covered by my insurance. They care about the cost and realize the expense of dental work. They are mindful in only recommending what is absolutely necessary. Im going to bring my teenage daughter here as well! Jessica H, dental hygienist was amazing! Very friendly, skilled, and just awesome.

WONDERFUL Family Dental Office!! Dr. Noble and his staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make every visit as comfortable as possible. I have heard this office described as a World Class Office, and it is very true!! They have all of the latest techniology, and are continuing to grow and expand their beautiful office. Though they have grown considerably over the years, they have not lost that special touch of a small town office. Dr. Noble has many patients who come from all over the Springs, and even from Parker, Colorado due to his expertise and outstanding professionalism. I would, and DO recommend this dental office to anyone who is searching for an outstanding dental experience.
