My provider had a hard time LISTENING to the reason for my appt and made an assumption regarding my reason for the appt. My prescriptions were sent to the incorrect pharmacy. I called in on 12/9 after the pharmacy couldnt find them. The girl that answered the phone decided it was important to let me know that they were about to go to lunch and i could call back @ 1:30pm. I asked if i could leave a mess for my provider or her m.a. and i was told oh you can leave a message or callback @ 1:30. I again told her i wanted to leave a message. She got attitude. I tried to give her my quick maybe 2 second message. To which she replied i gave you the option to leave a message and i said i am trying to give you the message. Again with attitude she said what is your message that you just want someone to call you back? I said i guess so since that seems to be the easiest for you to take this hard message. This is not the 1st time these girls, including the M.As get attitude. A few months ago when i had the same kind of issue with my medication I was passed around to about FIVE diff m.as who i had to repeat the issue to each time and i could hear them laughing. I hate repeating myself and it is not cute to think they can have attitude and play games. This was a final chance with this clinic for my care. I am done. I will night play games or fight or not be heard. I dont appreciate my insurance being charged for things that i didnt even go in for. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

My last three scheduled appointments have NOT happened! First I was called to tell me the hygienist I HAD an appointment was no longer there. Ok so I made another appointment with a new person. About one hour before my 2nd appointment I received a call that I would need to reschedule - new person was not available. Ok so I was given a new appointment date and time. When I arrived for my new appointment date, I was told I did not have an appointment. So I asked oh when is my appointment? Was told I did not have one. The ladies at the front desk were rude and uncaring. I was given their lecture that Sunrise was a community establishment - like I wasnt worthy! It has taken since Nov 2016 to get one half of my work done. Over three months of missed scheduled work that I took time for. Once Medicaid approved my work things started off very well. No according to the ladies up front I need to start over. I need to call them and beg for a new appointment!! This was NOT my fault and yes Im worthy. Ladies up front are not nice people.

They are very friendly and were able to take me as a new patient when literally no other doctor around would, because they "werent taking new patients until the new year". I was able to get an appointment within a week. The only issue I have is that they take a long time to get written prescriptions refilled, and you need to call at least a week in advance so you dont run out of your medication. Aside from that, no complaints.

Horrible service. Had my referral sent to the wrong office twice, was given 7 different phone numbers to call for a specialist and none of them were the right number. Its like pulling teeth for anyone to get anything done right...
