Initially I was pleased to get a discounted rate because my father knows the dentist from church. During the procedure I was shocked to find that the doctor took no consideration of my pain levels when I repeatedly reported them to him. No he seemed more interested in telling his employees all about his vacation to Mexico and how his wife got sick from the water all while barely even looking at the root canal that he was performing... Then when I go to get the tooth capped the dentist took an x-ray to make sure every thing was looking alright.... Well It didnt, he said he wasnt a specialist but it looked to be a poor job that would later cost me my tooth, my molar. Fearing that the dentist just wanted to make an extra buck, I took the x rays and got a second opinion, then a third. When all three doctors (a dentist, an oral surgeon and an endodontist) all agreed that the job was done poorly, I called the office back to see what they could do. They not only took zero responsibility, but when I asked what they could do for me, seeing as i paid out of pocket for a very expensive procedure, they pretty much told me I get what I paid for....I have had many jobs over the years and at every single one I have been held accountable for my work. Apparently that is not the case when you work for yourself. I urge you to save yourself the effort, pain, hassel and disrespect and go to another dentist... Literally any other dentist would do.

I had a crazy thing happen to me. I chipped a tooth a few weeks ago and went into Aurora modern dentistry to get it fixed. The chip wasnt bad but the thing drove me crazy and I was hesitant to talk cuz I didnt want people to see it. So I went into Aurora modern and the only thing the dentist wanted to do was crown my tooth with his fancy crown machine. I couldnt believe it. It was small. I really just wanted a filling. Finally after talking to the front desk lady, they finally agreed to fill the chip if I paid $200 with my credit card. Total joke. Long story short, they filled the tooth and it lasted three days before it came off. I went back and all they would tell me was "sorry, you shouldve crowned it." Refused to fix it. A close friend of mine recommended Saddle Rock Dental because hed gone there his whole entire life without problems. I walked in and Dr Holyoak (spelling?) fixed my teeth and I was out in 25 minutes. Better yet, he apologized for the guy down the street and fixed it for free. Im still in disbelief. This kind of service doesnt exist anymore. Not only did he help me, my tooth looks even better and after two weeks its still perfect. Cant recommend this office enough. They just want to help you, not steal your money. Period.

If I were to rate Dr. H I would rate 5 stars but due to the overall experience with the receptionist, I think her name is Sherry, I have to say our experience has been horrible. She was rude and unwilling to help every time we call even for emergency situations, she lacks the basic qualities of customer service. In a normal case scenario, making an appointment should take about 2 minutes. She literally gave me a headache and made it a 20 minute ordeal. We are really pleased with Dr.Hs work and hope that this issue would be resolved so we dont lose him as our family dentist.

I came to this office in distraught after another dental office had deceived me about my insurance benefits. Dr. Holyoak not only repaired what they didnt fix for free and made sure he took great care with me. He also saw my daughter who thought she had three cavities from that "other dentist and he checked, and no cavities! This is a very fair and caring environment down to the friendly receptionist.

Being a dental health care professional myself and being able to see the work that Dr. Holyoak does and the comments that his patients make, its easy for me to say that this is a top notch, trustworthy and high quality Doctor and staff. If my father-in-law werent a dentist (out of state), I wouldnt hesitate to take my entire family to Saddle Rock Dental.

Saddle Rock Dental is great. Ive had one dentist my entire life, never had braces, and I get compliments on my smile all the time. Ive had a few cavities, but the dentists and technicians always do a great job of fixing me up.
