I had a wonderful experience at Castle Pines Family Dentistry. I would highly recommend the office to anyone looking for a new dentist. My first appointment was just a cleaning and the staff was so patient and kind. My second appointment was to have 2 cavities refilled. I was NOT looking forward to this,but Dr. Stephanie Scheich put me right at ease and made the experience as pleasant as possible. Her assistant was also really funny and very helpful. The job Dr.Scheich did was amazing especially due to the complexity of my problems. I was absolutely shocked when she called me herself the next day to see how I was doing. I had a great experience overall and will continue to go to this office.

I had my first appointment in January and it went great. At that time I tried to schedule my next cleaning and I was told that they dont do it that far in advance. Instead they notify you just before the next cleaning is due. Last week (end of June) I received a message about scheduling it, and this week when I tried to schedule it they told me they were booked until September. Im finding another dentist that can manage their appointments better. Im not willing to wait 8 months in between cleanings, and when a customer wants to schedule an appointment, you should let them. It wouldnt have been an issue if they had just let me schedule it 6 months ago like I wanted to.

I have always hated going to the dentist and, thanks to CPFD, that is no longer the case. The location is easy to get to. The facilities are new and spotless. The employees are genuinely friendly. It is an all around pleasant experience. Honestly! I started coming to CPFD after I had gotten beyond frustrated with my old dentist. I was a little hesitant because I have had some really bad experiences. Scheduling the appointment was effortless and they even worked with a treatment plan provided by my old dentist and got the work done. Ive been wowed by their service ever since. I recommend them to everyone.

It has been a while since I have been to the dentist. I have had some very unpleasant experiences in the past with other dentists. Dr. Scheich and his staff have changed this for me. They were very aware and sympathetic of my previous bad experiences and did everything they could to make my visit pleasant and alleviate my anxiety about returning to the dentist. The office is very nice and they have television that you can watch while you are having a cleaning or other procedures done. My 15 year old sees Dr. Scheich and he convinced me to give them a try and I am very glad that I did.

I have never been a big fan of the dentist because as a child my visits always hurt, and my anxiety would always kick in. However, after this experience with both of these wonderful doctors, and their exceptional staff I feel excited about future dental visits. My mouth was not in pain while my cavities were being filled and even the day after my mouth was mildly tender. This is an office that I trust and would recommend to everyone. I have been very impressed with Dr. Jeff Scheich and everyone I have met at the office. I moved from a local "chain" to Castle Pines Family Dentistry after a really bad experience. Dr. Jeff was able to fix my immediate problem and on the next visit he had a very honest talk with me about the big picture and the options I had. He could have not offered these options to me and could have made a lot of money on all of the work I needed done. I was so impressed with his honesty and integrity!

One of, if not the best experience Ive had at a dentists office. The staff are incredibly friendly, you get to watch TV as they clean your teeth, and it feels as if you are walking into a spa rather than a dentists office -- no joke. And top it all off, Dr. Scheich was great. I love this practice, and would definitely recommend it to others.

I have gone to Dr. Scheichs practice for many years and he has been so professional . he has sent me to other great doctors when I needed to be referred for an implant. He replaced a crown I lost for free and he didnt have to do that. I highly recommend his practice
