I have never in my life had such a horrible experience with any eye vision place until I came to Alpine,The only reason why I gave one star was the one receptionist she was always nice to me. Lets start with the fact that with I came there I asked about a benifit my job offered is a second pair of glasses for computer vision. I was told that I did not have that benefit, that I only had half off a second pair of glasses which was not what I was asking about. Second issue I always had progressive lens in my frames after paying $340 out of pocket they did not add the progressive lenses. I had to go back and pay an addition $120 for the progressive lenses which took over a week for them to correct the problem. After filing a complaint with my vision insurance provider they finally agreed to refund me my money for charging me for a second pair of lens instead of the computer glasses I originally was asking for and give me the correct lens for my computer glasses which by the way I still dont have. I normally do not write reviews, but because of Susan was so rude and non caring when I came back to get my computer glasses lens put in,.. which by the way did I mention that I still do not have???. This woman never once apologized, if there was a misunderstanding I could accept that but the fact she never acknowledge that there any wrongdoing or misunderstanding. And flat out told my insurance provider that I never asked about the computer glasses benefit which was a lie. how can you remember speaking to one customer about computer glasses when you deal with dozens of customers a day? They are fine when spending your money but once you tell them they made a mistake there is no more nice guy they get down right mean, what made this even worst Susan still tried to not refund all my money owed by adding on things to my computer glasses I told I did not want, I had to keep telling her no I dont want anything added. I have told everyone who will listen NEVER to go there they only want your money! OH and once they have it they could care less,.... by the way I tired to give a review on there website but go figure they all glowing and wonderful reviews, but there was no place for me to submit my review.

I have been going to Alpine Vision for the last 6 years. I have referred family, friends and co-workers to Alpine. My sister traveled from Aurora, CO to see the good folks at Alpine. The doctors and staff are all very pleasant, helpful and professional. If something is not right, they make it so. The prices are reasonable, the service is great and they accept and file most vision insurance. The eye exams are thorough, they use the latest technology and the business hours are accommodating. The frame selection is great and it seems they carry a little something for everyone. Im partial to the Lafont line. I even like the open waiting area with magazines, comfortable chairs, childrens play area and cool bottled water. If that doesnt suit me, I just swing next door for a cup of java. ;-) I am especially fond of my friend, Suzanne, as I have known her for over 15 years. Suzanne goes out of her way to find frames that I like and that suit me. She goes over my insurance benefits and the options that are best for me. I actually followed Suzanne from a previous vision center as I trusted her with my vision needs and I know wherever Suzanne works; she brings her extensive vision knowledge, experience, friendliness and professionalism to that vision center. I even saw Suzannes mom for my vision needs while living in Sacramento, CA!

Ive been going to Alpine Vision for several years but I had a terrible experience this time. After I received my new Oakley frames, with my new prescription I tried wearing for a week but could not get used to them. I went back and they sent my glasses in to have new lenses with a different prescription put in but I was still not able to use the glasses. I went back a third time and they said they were just going to put me back in my old prescription since my brain wasnt liking the change. After all of that, the lady at the front looked at my new frames and said they werent the right fit and that was probably the reason they were making me sick. At the end, I ended picking a more expensive frame that fit correctly and keeping my old prescription, which I feel is outdated. Theyre the experts, why couldnt they see this the first time? I still think the staff is great and very friendly and I appreciate them following up with me to make sure everything is going ok. I just think a lot of time and frustration could have been eliminated had they just taken the time in the beginning to notice the frames I picked werent correct. Now I have to wait another year to get an updated prescription if I want my insurance to cover the lenses.

Everyone here is super friendly and very helpful. In the past, I have gone to other places that rushed me through the process of selecting a pair of glasses and that did not make things clear to me as far as what my insurance will cover, how I can best take care of my glasses, and how/when I can get replacements for my glasses if I am not satisfied with them. Alpine Vision was very helpful in all of these areas. They encouraged me to take my time in order to pick glasses that I would be most satisfied with (I am a very indecisive person, so it was nice not to feel rushed!), they gave me many options and were very clear about what my insurance would and would not cover, they reminded me not to leave my sunglasses in the car (I would have done this a lot had they not reminded me) since the heat could warp the plastic frame, they offered to replace the lenses in my glasses when I had noticed a space between one of the lenses and the frame, and they made sure that both my glasses and my sunglasses fit perfectly before they let me leave. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Alpine Vision.

Horrible Experience. We should up early but since we were scheduled at the time of opening we could not enter till exactly our appointment time. There we sat for 20 minutes watching 7 people standing around doing absolutely nothing while I waited. We were the first appointment, it is not as if they were backed up. When we finally were seen it was like a drive thru. Do this, do that... Then time to pick out glasses. They were so expensive. Nothing was reasonably priced. It felt like I was pressured to buy add ons I did not want. When I pushed back, I was made to feel like I was stupid for not forking out an extra $90 of add ons we did not need. My son has had glasses since he was 4, never have I needed this super coating. It was upsetting the way it was consistently pushed on us. I finally just left saying no thank you. I did not want to spend any more out of pocket to a place that treats their customers like an assembly line with no caring what so ever.
