Several complaints: 1. Charged me $100 extra for UV filter coating on childs lenses, not bothering to tell me that polycarbonate lenses have UV filter already. When I confronted them about it later, they said, "No, they dont already have UV filter; if they did, that would have been untruthful of us, wouldnt it?" Turns out, they were untruthful. 2. The day after ordering my sons glasses, I called back to ask that they do them in transition lenses instead of the bogus UV filter add-on, but they would not change the order, even after I asked to talk to the manager and even the people at the place they shipped them off to. 3. Not good at helping choose frames for my kids--recommended frames that they swore they could adjust, but after returning three times to adjust, they still didnt fit well. 4. No one seemed to communicate with each other: one would say to come back in three days, then another would say not for 2 weeks, then someone would say one pair was ready but the others needed another week, only to find out they were both there...ugh. Hate this place.

Sales person placed my order backwards. I ordered 2 pair of glasses one regular and one pair of sunglasses. She flipped the order and of course the receipts are so difficult to decipher I couldnt tell until I arrived to pick them up. The response OOOPPPSSS sorry guess we will have to reorder. Now almost 2 weeks later 1 pair arrives but not the other. I am told they can ship the other pair to me 3 business days when they arrive. Next day they arrive and I request shipping. I am now told it will be at least 7 days to ship. I live 40 miles away from the location driving back and forth for their incompetence is unacceptable. You would think for the outrageous prices they could at least be competent and offer something more than OOOOPPPPSSSSS sorry for the inconvenience.

Very expensive. Even with the Buy One, Get One Free "deal" I ended up paying over $600. Most of the staff I worked with were helpful, but when I went in to pick up my glasses (two pair), the woman who "helped" me gave me one and didnt even try to adjust them to fit. I asked for the other pair, and she said they werent there - but I told her Id received a call that both were in. It took her a good 20 minutes to find the other pair, and it turned out they were in the drawer right beside her. She didnt adjust those either. I had to go back a week later to get them adjusted so they didnt slide down. Also, theres only a 30-day guarantee on these very pricey glasses. I wont shop at VisionWorks again.

Will not go here again. They tell you any frame is eligible, until you pick the ones that actually look nice. One lady was trying to get me to pick the styles I was not interested in. I asked how much extra transition lenses would be, which they communicated, except that they failed to inform us that prices were for each lens, after we were wrung up. I ended up paying close to 800 bucks. They also told us 4-5 days for them to be ready. We are going on 8. Today, went to Americas Best, got my son TWO great pair of glasses, under 90 bucks... INCLUDING EXAM! Never again.

We spent $700 on a buy one get one free "deal". My glasses are STILL to this day extremely loose and uncomfortable because the ladies responsible for adjustments absolutely insisted that there was nothing wrong with the glasses that constantly fall off of my face any time I even lean my head down slightly. Useless staff besides the doctors. So sorry that everyone outside the examination rooms are incompetent.

I spent $500 on a pair of glasses 6 months ago at Visionworks and the lenses developed some kind of streaking. I went in to show them and they said that is not uncommon for the lenses to do that in the heat or cold. They agree that this is nothing I did but told me that there is nothing they could do un less I want to buy new lenses for $300.

Zero stars they change informatin about insurance to benift them they say you cant just buy the glasses with insurance you have to get your prescription there too then I call other eye dr and they say it isnt true they lie to get your insurance money.

Great experience with the eye exam but even with a buy one get one offer, my glasses still came close to $500.00. And thats single vision lenses. I dont know how you can call that a deal... Im only giving it two stars because of the eye exam.

Such a great experience! The doctor here is really attentive and helpful. Sales and receptionist staff are friendly and helpful as well. Cant beat the convenience of the same day pickup for glasses! A little pricey but for me it was worth it.

I went in yesterday to get eye exams for both my kids and I. Only one car was parked there. The lady said they were too booked. BULLSHIT! There were only staff in there.

$130 for the glasses/contact lens exam. I paid $80 total in Wisconsin when I lived there last year. No clue why all of the optometrists out here are so overpriced.
