Our family members have gone to Dr. Magnuson for several years, and we have always been impressed by the care and service we have received. Dr. Magnuson is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and courteous, and he is always willing to take time to answer any questions and explain test results. With one situation, he chose to refer me to a specialist and I appreciate his willingness to do this, as eye health is so important and it reassured us that we were doing everything we needed to do to protect mine. The other members of his staff are friendly and helpful and very willing to help with scheduling, ordering glasses, repairing or adjusting frames, etc. We feel fortunate to have this office so close to home!

I avoid medical appointments at all costs but I take good care of my eyes, and one of the reasons I do is because my appointments with Dr. Magnuson are so pleasant. The staff is excellent in every way and the doctor is superior - he takes time, listens, and explains everything. He seems genuinely interested in his patients, which is such a rarity these days. If other medical professionals only realized that by making appointments more pleasant, and not something avoid like the plague, the doctor-patient experience could be improved for everyone.
