I am SO dissatisfied with the service I received here. I have been a customer since 2016 and had recently changed my address. I let the receptionist know of my address change in March and again last week when I went in for my yearly eye exam. I ordered a year supply of contacts lenses which I was told would be mailed to my home and at the time confirmed my address. 3 days later I get a call saying they are in the office ready to be picked up. After calling and telling them that I was told they were going to be shipped- which the woman on the phone has no idea about- they said they would ship them priority and they would be here by Thursday (today). Yesterday I get a phone call to confirm my address (for the 3rd time) which they stated was my OLD address and that my lenses were going to she shipped there. After returning the call and clarifying that I am at my new address they assured me that my lenses would be here today. Well they are not here and when I called the office the receptionist was clueless. I told her that I would not be returning for future eye exams and all she said was "yeah all I see is that they are in transit". I wouldve given 1 star and the only reason I gave 2 was because Dr. Smith is excellent. If only he could get some competent receptionists.

I totally forgot to write a review for this place. They were phenomenal! I am very hard to dial in on my vision, usually I have to go three to four times before its good enough. Not here! This was literally the first time Ive ever gotten prescription glasses and was able to put them on and see. First time ever. Not only did I not have to go back, I am able to see better than I ever have:) having diabetes causes me issues sometimes with my vision,however he has taken such amazing care of me that I never have issues with blurry or fatigued vision while wearing my glasses. I highly highly recommend this dr. Also the staff there is unbelievably helpful and kind, along with plenty of parking and a quick turnaround on getting my glasses to me. Believe me when I say j have been to so many different doctors and none of them are on the same level as this very helpful and professional team. Youll be happy you came here.

My experience at this office was all around wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and funny! The whole process was very fast, super cool technology allows them to see your eyes without having to dilate them. They helped me figure out what type of lenses I would want and I picked out a cute and colorful frame. After I got home from my appointment I realized I also wanted Transitions so I called and they got my order changed right away with no delays. I love my glasses and even though I dont have to wear them all the time Im still pulling them out to show them off, they even gave me a nice hard case for them and a micro fiber cloth! My only complaint is a small one and its about the parking, theres no lot that I could see and of course street parking in that area is a nightmare, but what are us gonna do? Thanks Central Denver Eyecare!

was looking for a new eye doctor since I moved here from Michigan. I found CDE online and had my first appointment today. Dr. Smith was incredibly caring, professional, and knowledgeable. We figured out why I was having problems with certain types of contact lenses that my previous providers never even suggested. The office staff, especially Phil, was very friendly and helpful. They reviewed my insurance coverage with me in detail and answered all of my questions. I have always had to deal with expensive lenses for my glasses due to my prescription, but their pricing is very competitive and actually better than the buy one, get one free deal at Pearle Vision. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good eye care professional. They are fantastic and exceeded all of my expectations.

Central Denver Eyecare is conveniently located close to where I work, so it is very easy to get to. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful, which makes the experience enjoyable. When I came in to get glasses, they were very knowledgeable and helped me find a good set of frames within my price range. Dr. Ben Smith is efficient and really knows what hes doing. They are really willing to work with you to get you contacts or glasses that are comfortable and work for you. The prices are also very reasonable, and they take most insurance.

Really late on my review, but Dr. Ben Smith and his staff are phenomenal! They have super speedy service, and booking an appointment is as easy as 1, 2, 3! The wait to get your items is minimal, I personally waited about 6 calendar days to get my glasses. I love this place, and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone I come across needing/finding an optometrist! Making the costumers happy is their vision, and they make sure you leave with all of your needs satisfied! :)

10/10. This is the best eyecare office, staff, and doctor Ive found in five years. CDE was recommended to me by a coworker and I completely understand why. Super kind staff, good hours, easy parking, sharp doctor, their genuine mission is to make sure their customers get what they need as quickly and easily as possible. I highly highly recommend this place and will be back for all of my eyecare needs! Really, awesome place.

I had a great experience here. I have astigmatisms in both eyes and have suffered from chronic migraines since I was 14. Dr. Smith took the time to talk to me about how my vision plays into my migraines. I really appreciated that, because many optometrists have been quick to brush it off and tell me to just continue discussing with my neurologist. His staff was also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I have been wearing glasses for almost 30 years now and feel like Ive seen the best and worst of eye clinics and this is definitely the best. I went to Central Denver eye care for my annual eye exam and to change the lenses in my glasses. The office felt cozy and personal and everyone in reception was so friendly. The optometrist himself was one of the most friendly and down to earth doctors Ive seen. He answered all my questions and I was out of there in no time. Great staff, great glasses and just an overall great place.

Dr. Smith does a great job with all of my eye care needs. His central location is really convenient and his staff is great! They have a wide selection of frames and really do a great job to help you select the best pair and lenses. Plus they work with a ton of insurance providers and take care of all the paperwork. I recommend Central Denver Eyecare to all my friends and family.

This place is great... including the online scheduling, professional and prompt service, friendly staff and providers, and Dr. Smiths expertise. Ive been seeing various eye doctors for routine glasses/contacts for over 25 years, and this was by far the best experience Ive had.
