They got me in the same day after the previous place I was going to go to ended up not taking my insurance and we were in a bind. It was a little slow finally getting called back, and then we had to wait 30 minutes for her pupils to dilate, but they have things in the waiting area to keep the kids occupied. Dr. Lance was great. He was great at explaining everything and my kids liked him. I wasnt thrilled with the kids frames selection, and my daughters frames had to be replaced within a week before the decorative accents fell out, but the prices are good. For kids, its a good choice because you arent spending an arm and a leg for glasses theyre just learning to care for.

The front desk staff (specifically a girl named Jessica) is horrible to deal with she has poor customer service and is very rude. I complained to the office manager and doctors and nothing changed over the last year. Most the staff is friendly unless she is there then it seems like her bad attitude rubs off on everyone. After 6 years I am currently looking for a new eye doctor just because she is unbearable to deal with anymore and obviously the manager can not fix it. It is a shame because we LOVE Dr. Bloom he always does an amazing job with my kids is always professional, caring and patient. I am very disappointed that my kids will no longer get to see him.

I have to admit, the wait was HORRIBLE but when we FINALLY got to meet with Dr Kayla she erased all my negative thoughts. She was GREAT! I appreciated her attitude with my daughter and making sure that she knew how important SHE was regardless of the long and probably very trying day she was having. I myself was coming from a hard day at work and having to sit and wait and wait i cant say Id of had the same pleasant attitude! I commend her and think the world really needs more people like her! Thank you Dr Kayla! I hope to deal with you ALL THE TIME

Took my grandsons for their first visit to Bright eyes after moving to this side of town. I love them. Professional and quick. We didnt have a long wait like others are saying, We shall see in the future. The doctor was great, she came out and talked to me after each boy and explained everything very well. Im glad I decided to try Bright Eyes. They could use more of an array of frames. But that isnt such big deal as fast as these boys go through them.

Stains on the floor and ceiling. I had trouble understanding the staff. Equipment looked old and worn. The staff forgot to charge mu co pay and when I stopped by in a hurry for my trial contacts they refused to give them to me although I had simply forgot my debit card. It seems that they are possiblu used to some folks skipping out from the rudeness of the front desk staff

I recently had my daughter seen and the experience was great. Doctor Kayla was great at making sure we understood what was going on with every aspect of my childs eyecare. The assistant was professional and so very nice and Ive never felt more comfortable in a doctors office. We will be returning for all of my familys vision care needs.

They gave me way too strong prescription, wouldnt fix their mistake though they are the ones who messed up. Im sitting at americas best with an associate who is confused why they would prescribe me with such strong prescriptions. Asking me if an actual doctor prescribed me these glasses.

I took my little sister there. It was pretty good. People seem nice. Over all its okay. I dont really care for the workers just as long as the prescription is correct. We cant afford to keep buying these thing.

Service was great. Overall appointment was an hour. I received a call that my daughters glasses were ready within 3 days. Was very impressed, new frame styles this year, very professional and so helpful.
