Iam very concerned about these specialists in this office. I have been going here since I was very young, in 2012 I was prescribed glasses for reading. I havent had insurance until now and I went in recently to get an eye exam to make sure my vision was okay. Turns out I was prescribed too strong of lenses back in 2012. Now because of this damaging my eyes while reading on a daily, let me mind you that I work a in an office on a computer all day.... Now my eyes are so bad that I have to get bifocals in my glasses. I am 22 years of age and this is my life I feel they have taken away from me. Im not satisfied with ANY of the receptionists who work there due to not knowing exactly when my glasses should arrive and now not answering their business line when I need to know when my glasses are going to be available. Thanks a lot Best In Sight. We appreciate the customer satisfaction that you provide. NOT!

Great visit! The staff is very friendly and the office is very welcoming! Dr. Mok is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Its surprising to see negative comments in reviews as I have never experienced any of those issues. Doctor appointments vary in time they take, so its not uncommon for a little delay in your appointment, so that really isnt anything to get angry over. When I was going to Kaiser for my eyes, almost every visit it would be 15-20 minutes after my appointment start time when I would finally get brought back just to wait another 10 or so minutes for the doctor. Best In Sight, while a little delayed, was much more prompt than that. Instead of getting angry that your appointment didnt start on time, take the opportunity try on frames, enjoy some yummy cookies or play with the office mascot! Youll be happier that way!

worst place to get contacts ever. i went in asking for a type of contacts that i have had before they told me that my brand was not available. after setting me up with contacts that were over $80 a box i told them that was not good enough. they made me wait weeks before trying to get me another brand and that brand was there "cheapest brand" at $70 a box. after going back to see if i could get a diffrent brand i was told i would have to pay for another eye exam to get any other types of contacts. and that my original brand is available if i pay out of pocket for the exam. This place makes wal-mart look fantastic!!!

The Dr. Mok and the Best in Sight folks did it again. I am 100% satisfied! The exam was thorough as usual. They answered all my questions. And they helped me pick out frames! What I really love about them is that when they help me pick out my frames, they are honest! I hear whether they like the frames on my face and why or why not. We found the prefect frames but not really right color and BAM someone was looking on the manufacturers website right away to see if they had what I wanted. And they did! Cannot wait to see them next week!

Ive had two appointments at Best In Sight. I arrived on time for both and waited at least 30 minutes to see the optometrist each time. I was given a free sample of contacts and solution, both of which were past their "best by" date. The optometrist did not inform me that he was going to dilate my eyes until after he had put the drops in. The receptionist told me that she could not bill my insurance. When I pressed her she consulted someone else who was somehow able to bill my insurance. I absolutely do not recommend Best In Sight.

Ive been coming here since the 90s. Im a firm believer that you get what you pay for and my glasses have always lasted. Ive gotten what I need, when Ive needed it and Dr. Mok is thorough, helpful, professional and personable. He answered all my questions, was quick but not rushed and let me know what to expect during each step of the process. This isnt some box store to whom youre just a profit to be rushed in and out, this is a small business that makes me feel like Im supporting friends and family.

I am a patient of Best In Sight and have been for the past 30 years! Dr. Mok is very thorough in explaining the results of eye exams and remedy options. He is courteous and ensures that patients are satisfied and comfortable with their choice. The office staff is also very courteous and especially the office manager! She has always taken the guess work out of which frames fit and look best on my face and ensures that I am not just satisfied with my new eye glasses, but happy!

Love the ability to have a one stop place where the optometrist can see me and be able to walk out with prescription lenses even though mine are a pretty high strength. You have no idea how awesome this is to me due to the fact I have never been able to do this in my life before.
