Dr. Williams, his tech and the receptionist were very helpful and nice. It was Dr. Williams brother (yes, family), John, who was absolutely HORRIBLE AND RUDE. It was one of the worst customer service experiences EVER! He made it seem like it was my fault that they could not get my prescription correct. He told me I was not welcome when I did tell him thanks for the crap help he did provide. When I asked for my money back to go elsewhere he said no. I let them try once more to get my prescription right but again they failed to do so. After filing a complaint with my insurance company I was given a refund (not the full amount) after months of stress they put me through. I will never go here again and I urge others not to either.

I have found the service provided by Dr. Williams and his staff to be extremely professional, informative and personable. I wouldnt consider seeing anyone else. He also directed my to a surgeon to treat cataracts that had developed in my eyes and advised me both pre- and post operation on what to expect and how to proceed in the future. Top notch. I would add the same for the service I have received from John in the optical shop. He lets me know which frames are appropriate for my physiognomy and prescription. I havent used anyone else in decades.
