Walk in hours are from 9-11 and 2-4. I walked in 2-4 and I wasnt surprised that I had to wait long. Youd believe it would be an uncomfortable setting but it is comfortable. My dog couldnt stay quiet so I brought her outside. After my more than 1 hour wait, we went in to check on my dog. The specialist paid so much close attention, correctly diagnosed what was wrong, and provided appropriate treatment and antibiotics. My dog had an allergic reaction to the new place we moved in to, and the first vet Ive gone to couldnt point that out. As a result, my dog is recovering and feels much better. It was worth the wait. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for top-tier dog care. Apart from that, affordable. I loved it. My favorite small animal hospital.

I waited over 1 1/2 hours and the 3 people that were in front of me from the start were still in front of me when I left. Unbelievable the wait. I only saw one go back to be treated the whole 1 1/2 hr. The second one just got called when I decided to leave. My dog only needed two shots! The others waiting were not in any distress, thank goodness. I did not feel as though they respected my time at ALL. No apologies or conversation about the delay. They do a great job with the animals from previous experience, but I will NEVER wait for them again. This was my second attempt to be seen by them for the same shots. They need a better system. My time is valuable to me and needs to be respected by others.

Showed up well before 11am waited at the front counter over 10 mins. The man and woman behind the desk both seen me!! As Im still standing there 10 mins after I walked in and got no help. I finally had to ask if I needed to sign in. Thats when the woman told me they stop taking walk-ins after 11am and I would need to come back at 2! When I was there before 11! Absolutely rude service and its a shame because I have been coming her for years! But I will take my pets elsewhere!!!

They used to be a good vet to go to, but not worth the hassle now. Front desk staff is always rude and I caught them bad mouthing me while I was there. Unprofessional and unhelpful. The hours posted online and on their door are wrong. Dont take appointments either so be prepared to wait up to 3 hours for shots or nail trim. If you arent there between 9 and 11am they wont see your pet. The main vet is a good vet, but she will talk down to you like you are stupid.

This place was amazing. We had to take our dog to be put down and during the whole process they let us hold him. They walked us through every step before doing it and handled everything with care. We got a clay dog print for free which was wonderful. When the vet came back in she was crying as well which showed us she cared. Highly recommend this office. Thanks for everything you guys did for us during such a terrible time. We great appreciate everything! ♡♡♡♡

took my older cat there for help, they wanted to do a bunch of test that i could not afford and refused to give the cat the medication that was subscribed by another vet. apparently when she (dr tyler) took the cats temperature she did something because it is several days now and the cat is still bleeding from the rectum and now i can not afford to help the cat at all

My pets have been seen at Leadbetter Small Animal Hospital since the current Dr. Leadbetters father was practicing vet care back in the 60s. I have always had great experiences with the staff, they and of course the doctors, Leadbetter and Tyler are awesome. Even when they had to give me had news they have always been caring and kind. Love them

I was very impressed with this clinic. I showed up about 20 mins after 11:00am, they take their last customer at 11:00 am which i didnt know being a first timer here. They agreed to see my dog anyway. The wait time wasnt very long at all. Very reasonably priced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VET CLINIC. I will definitely be using their services again.

Way too slow of service! Waited three hours for my dog to be seen for a cut and once seen they just shaved some fur around the cut and didnt bother to clean or apply and medicine to it but rather told me to just apply some throughout the day. Once seen took another 20 minute to get checked out! Will definitely not come back

I dont recommend this place, Tyler Liz, needs to work on her people skills and possibly venture into a new career where she doesnt have to work with people. She has the worst manners and needs a serious attitude adjustment! Dont give her your business and take yours elsewhere like I did.

Made me wait 3 hours for the shittyiest service, brought in multiple people in before us even though we were there first, bare in mind its walk in first come first serve. They are incredibly unprofessional also.

Love the vets and the team!!! They take care of you and the fur kids! Glad that they have a walk-in set up, the last vet I had was appointment only and was very hard to get into....been my vets ever since!!!

Great place to get your critters feeling better very reasonable front desk needs to get a clue but the vet is awesome i have been going here as far back as i can remember when Ledbetter the dad was the vet

I was expecting a huge bill. Was surprised my bill to treat my dog for an ear infection w (2) medications was all under $90. Walk in clinic so was seen same day. Dr Tyler was nice and knowledgeable.

Seems like a nice place , but they only take walk ins. I waited over a hour and only seen one dog called back for treatment. I would not come back here unless i had a whole day to wait.
