I left this dental practice because of the continued pressure to get x-rays or teeth whitening that I got every time I went in for a cleaning. I havent had a cavity in probably 10 years, so annual x-rays are completely unwarranted. And so what if they didnt see it on an x-ray first, theyll see it eventually. If you have good teeth, youre just going to be harassed to pay for more services. I also noticed when they released my records to me that they marked my last appointment as being a late cancellation. Actually, I cancelled a week before the appointment, but whoever I talked to did not cancel it. I got a message on my voicemail the night before the appointment. So I called the day of the appointment to tell me that I had cancelled the appointment the week before. The woman I spoke to said, "oh, so you think you cancelled....". So then it got marked down as my fault. No one cared to ask about why I was leaving their practice even though I tried to give them feedback. They dont care about improving their service to their patients apparently. Glad, Im done with them. Totally unpleasant experience every time I went in.

This is THE WORST dentist office in the entire METRO AREA. DO NOT patronize this place. The front office people, in particular Hopie, are bigoted and racist. Their dental assistants and hygienists are heavy-handed and have HORRIBLE bedside manner. Dr. Harmon is a good DR but poor thing has NO BALLS and is not in charge of his workplace, the morons at the front desk are. To hell with this place. Also, the place looks and feels like a makeshift dental operation ran out of a trailer. There is NO privacy and these people are all snobs. Only white people need apply here.

Great dentist - everyone from the receptionist, to the hygienist, and the dentist were very personable. They seem to know their trade well: they spotted a sealant on one molar that was previously unmentioned to me by other dentists (I think it was placed years ago). Overall, it was a good experience, and I feel like my teeth are in good hands going forward.

I had positive experiences with the Dental Assistants and the Doctor himself, but theyve lost my business as a the result of shady billing/scheduling practices and a blunt "too bad/so sad" attitude in dealing with my complaint. tl;dr - good dentist, bad business
