Dr. Paul Avery is a sexist pig who will not keep your confidential medical history discreet. If you ask him to kindly keep something to himself, he will just shout it out for everyone in the reception area to hear. Additionally, he misdiagnosed me. He told me I needed to extract my tooth but upon second diagnosis, it was determined that my tooth could be saved. Furthermore, this office is very disorganized. I went in and the clerk told me I only owed $5.00. However, when I came back they said I know owed $50 for xrays. When I asked why or how this happened, Dr. Avery came out and humiliated me in front of other patients and told me that he refused to provide me with service. It is been almost a year and they are still trying to collect money. I called the division manager that evening and he NEVER bothered to return my call nor does the corporate office. This is the only dentist office I have been to that does not verify benefits and out of pocket costs ahead of time. NEVER TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEDONA DENTAL! VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ORGANIZED!

We have had nothing but trouble with this dentist office. Both Dr Paul Averys office in this location, and the Bright Now Dental headquarters billing office are seedy and deliberately try to get you to pay more than the Explanation of Benefits on your insurance says you have to. They do "fake" procedure and enhancements, without explicitly explaining to you that what they want to do wont be covered by insurance, then dont even bother to submit to our insurance. I have had about 3 hours on the phone with Bright Now Dental and 4 hours with my insurance carrier trying to get the mess sorted out that Bright Now Dental has caused. These are low-lives of the dental billing world only out to get more money. Avoid at all costs.

Ive given this office 3 shots now at impressing me with a great level of care and each time they have failed miserably. Not only are half the staff members temp people from an outside agency (which obviously never know whats going on because they are just there for the day or week at most) but also the doctors keep changing as well! They never see you on time- yet if your late or miss an appointment then you get charged! The front desk staff coule careless about making you feel comfortable or anything other than charging you the most for EVERYTHING and all they care about is $$ and how much is in your wallet. I wouldnt recommend this place not even to someone i dont care about.

The routine cleaning was sufficient and staff were nice enough. Unfortunately I dont think they were really listening to me. I mentioned some teeth in my lower jaw moving and was told I could get a night guard that would help and prevent future damage. I waited for three weeks longer than promised and ended up spending around $350 for a small piece of plastic. I had to pay in advance. It doesnt help my moving teeth and is very painful to wear. I would not recommend this place unless youre going for a ckeaning. Very disappointed and will never return.

We had a great experience at this office. My entire family are patients of Dr. Avery. We love him because he answers all of our questions and is the kindest, most gentle dentist ever. My son have to get 3 fillings and he said it was "no big deal and he didnt even know he got a shot". Now thats painfree dentistry!!! He thought Dr. Avery was not only very nice, but funny and made the experience really comfortable. I appreciate a dentist with years of experience and the affordable pricing. We definitely recommend this location.

Dr Avery is the best. I would recommend him to my friends and family. I once went to a dentist here in Castle Rock that forgot to numb me before filling a cavity, and had to replace it 3 months later. I would never go to anyone else other than Dr Avery, no matter how far the drive to him is. He is the gentlest dentist Ive been to, and his sense of humor makes the dentist experience easier. The office is very clean and everyone was very nice.

The Periodontist, Dr. Chapman is a wonderful Doctor. I needed an implant done and he took care of me right away. He educated me what to expect during and after procedure. I been comfortable with all my visits. The front staff is awesome , Jessica the Manager is very educated and works quickly. She always has a smile on her face. Shelby the TC is easy to talk to and is very professional.

I absolutely love love love this dental office. Dr Rano is amazing and describes the dental treatreatment well. If with a busy schedule he is always trying to accommodate your schedule. The hygienist is very thorough on my cleaning. I highly recommend this dental office!!!! I will be recommending this office to everyone I know!

The assistant that took my x-rays was amazing!! I hate getting them done because of my horrible gag reflex, she was fast and gave me some gel stuff that knocked it out for a bit. I will definately be going back
