I gave them a chance to redeem themselves to see if they would reimburse me some money back to my HRA account but apparently they are still believing its my fault that my temporary crown AND permanent crown fell out a couple days after they put it in. This caused headaches, inconvenience and I missed some pay at work to schedule these unexpected appointments. Both times they failed to dry out area completely before setting in temporary and permanent crown by 2 different assistants. It took Dr. Mussone to finally do it himself and I had no issues. I feel the turnover of dentists here are too often, I cannot speak of the quality of work they perform because I havent had them long. I do want to complain about the manager, Shawna for being very unprofessional during my time of need. Once she heard of my issue/ complaint of not being dried out before setting in tooth, she became very aloof and eventually quit saying hi and talking to me when Id come in to get my temporary and permanent crown back in. I did appreciate how the assistants and both Dentists were always nice and helpful even though I had issues. The turnover of dentist are often, I have been going there for 3 years and had 4 dentists now. Since I had this recent issue and was made to feel it was my fault, made up my mind to move my family to another facility.

Really a poorly run practice. Im talking about the administrative area, not the quality of dental work. While weve never had a real problem with the dental work, it is hard to recommend the dentist or not as dentists come and go -- we never saw the same one twice. The administrative staff seem to screw up everything they touch. They refused to correct billing on my account (verified by another office now), so I left last year. My wife called to make an appointment with Dentist A (the one she had seen on her last visit), was given an appointment with Dentist B and found out when the dentist walked in that she was seeing Dentist C. She pointed out the rotating dentists to the dentist she saw and now weve received a letter telling us they wont see our family any more. Not a big deal -- we werent going back.

The first thing that I noticed about Dr Mitchell and her staff was that they were always willing to go the extra mile for me. She is not only concerned for her patients dental health, but also that they are comfortable, pain free and that they understand each procedure that they are doing. Heather, Dr Mitchells experienced assistant is always there to help the dentist as well as me. If the dentists standards, which are very high, are not met, she will go the extra mile to see that they are.

I went to Woodland Park Dental Group to get a molar extracted. It was an upper molar at the back. I was a first time patient there. I am 51 and have never had an extraction of a permanent tooth. I chose to write a review because Dr. Mitchell was great. She informed me of what she was doing, and what to expect every step of the way. She even called me a couple of days later to check on my healing progress. I can certainly recommend WPDG!

I was a new patient this morning at Woodland Park Dental Group. Called because of an acute toothache at 0815. Appointment was scheduled for 1100 with a suggested an arrival of 1045 to fill out new paperwork. From the greeting upon arrival through the extremely professional and efficient appointment and scheduling of follow up appointments, I couldnt have been more pleased. Highly recommended!

The office is so comforting to be in and helps make any dental procedure feel like everything is going to be just fine. I loved the clean atmosphere. This is very important for a dentist. To many dental offices are old and look like the 70s. Woodland Park Dental has a nice clean new office. The receptionist was very friendly. Of course loved Elona. During my visit, they made me feel comfortable and secure on what they were doing on my appointment.

I had a 10 am appointment on November 12th. I had recieved a text message from them a week prior confirming my appointment. I showed up for my appointment and no one was there. I received no phone calls from them saying they were not going to be there. I live an hour away. I am extremely irritated my time was wasted.

I went in to see Dr Mitchel about some pain in my teeth. They determined I needed a few fillings. They did a really good job making the filling process go good. There was no pain during the process. That is the only time I can say that with all my previous dentists. Love the geekiness. It was very reassuring.

They did excellent work on my teeth. They are great people to work with, especially the hygienist that did the cleaning for me. She was very entertaining the whole time I was in the chair. It was as fun an appointment as a dental visit could be. they really worked to help make me feel comfortable.

Everyone there was very nice including the dentist. However, I also look for an engaged and gentle dentist and that was not my experience. Lots of digging and poking without numbing- He hurt me in the first 3 minutes. Ill be looking for another dentist that caters to cowards like me.
