Started going to Tri Lakes when Dr Michopoulous was there. When she left we decided to give Dr. Baker a try. The first visit was okay. I had needed a refill on a prescription that had passed and I couldnt get into the office to see him before I was out. The second visit we had to wait for over 45 minutes in the exam room even after being there for 30 minutes in the waiting room. My husbands next visit was horrible. He left work, tried to get to the office in time and when he got there he was told that there was a new policy that if youre one minute late you will not be seen. He was literally 2 minutes late and he said there were 4 people still waiting in the waiting area to be seen. But he was told that his appointment was cancelled and that he needed to be rescheduled. My last appointment that I had, which was the breaking point, it was scheduled for a Friday afternoon. I called on Tuesday that same week to confirm because I was taking off work for it. I get to the office a full 15 minutes before my appointment that Friday. Come to find out that Dr Baker had decided to take that day off and they had been calling an old number of mine (that I have asked them to change to my current number several times) the past two days to let me know he was cancelling my appointment. When Dr Baker took over was right about the time that I had a daily medication almost out of prescription. I called the office several times to see if I could get it refilled. I was told that even though I had refills for it through Dr Michopoulous I couldnt get them refilled because she was no longer there. I explained that I only had a week and a half or so of the medication left and needed to get into Dr Baker so that I could get it refilled. They couldnt accommodate an appointment for me in time with Dr Baker so I had to go 3 days without a needed daily medication.

They where great til they started suggesting test I didnt need (when asked why I needed them and what they where testing for the doctor refused to explain) and didnt listen to what was actually wrong. Trying to get ahold of them on the phone is like pulling teeth, the number goes to two different locations and it took them over a week to get back to me on an important question. Their phlebotomist is not good at her job, the doctor (Dr Scott) liked to order unnessesaryary test, but the receptionist and nurse where amazing and nice.

Some of the staff is friendly but others are rude. I called in to ask a few questions and doctors assistant answered the phone by saying "what". Very unprofessional. Im only giving it three starts because of how the assistant answered the phone. They do work fast to make sure referrals and authorizations go through and the office environment is clean and friendly.

Horrible service. Wait times are terrible! There is a new nurse practitioner or doctor every week. Billing customer service is bad. They are just money hungry and could care less about the patients. They dont even look at your chart and try to up-sell you. Would NOT recommend them.

Dr. Scott never followed up with me to do lab work as promised. It took 3 weeks to get my MRI results back and I had this same experience with the previous physician I was seeing at this location. I have gone back to my doc in Denver to get appropriate care.
