Hands down THE WORST experience I have ever had at a Drs. office. While I can not speak on how the doctor was because I NEVER EVEN SAW HIM!!! I had scheduled an appointment at 130 for an ER follow up. I arrived 30 min early because well El Paso is not known for its speediness and long wait times. The second I walked in I should have turned around and walked out...waiting room was full of pissed off looking people. I checked in and waited, 2 people were sleeping and everyone had books. I waited and waited and waited. 2 hours later they finally took my vitals and told me they had no rooms aavailable and I would have to go back and wait in the waiting room. So I go back and sit, the Medical Assistants and Receptionists are all laughing eating cookies and either talking or texting on their phones. I watch them ignore people trying to check in while on their phone. It gets to be 4 and I have yet to even get a room, I can wait but that is a no no. I ask for my ID back since they decided to keep it and let the Receptionist know that I am leaving that I have been waiting for 3 hours! She rolled her eyes and walked away did not even try to apologize or anything like I was being a hassle to her!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE you will waste a whole day and not even see a DR!!!

I truly doubt this neglectful man has a true degree. He is prob one of the many who cheat their way through medical school. I went in to his office for a knee check up and was referred by Agarwal himself to take several xray exams not only of my knee but of every bone on my body. Please DO NOT GO WITH THIS IDIOT.! I urge you to reconsider attending MONTWOOD MEDICAL CLINIC!!!!!!! The idiot himself diagnosed me with arthritis. When I sought a second opinion by a specialist it turns out I have nothing. NO ARTHRITIS... the worst part was when I received my insurance invoice. All of his staff are idiots, ALL OF THEM!!!! I would not go back even if he was the last doctor alive I prefer to die alone than in the hands of this man...Oh and if you enjoy waiting to be seen by an idiot for a very long time visit MONTWOOD MEDICAL CLINIC. I waited, with an appointment, for three hours. OH AND TO TOP IT OFF HE EXPECTED ME TO RETURN TO HIM THE FOLLOWING WEEK TO DISCUSS MY RESULTS, DONE IN HIS LAB, THE FOLLOWING WEEK OF MY OFFICE VISIT JUST BECAUSE HE HAD LEFT. wOw WHAT A DOCTOR!!!!!!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF HEADACHES!

Im a doctor myself and cant believe the quality of service. It wasnt only the office management, front desk, the lady that picks up the phone, the doctors and nurse practitioners...horrible experience...they dont even tell you what you have or they think you have, call in prescriptions to wrong pharmacy, you had hard time getting a hold of them to let them know it was the wrong pharmacy and she was almost laughing at me and assured me she was gonna send it and never did!! And this is when you really feel sick!!! Aughhhh I wish I can punch them in the face!!!!

Very very poor service since front desk changed to Casandra whom is very rude and disrespectful, rolls her eyes at people, seems like she hates her job and not a good person to deal with. Ive been coming here for years but today is my last visit and wait time is ridiculous but I waited due to great doctors but not anymore! Not worth it! Dont come here because the front desk will make you feel like a bother at the time your not feeling good. Worst place ever!!!

It is truly ridiculous the amount of time they actually expect you to wait. Why even schedule appointments if youre appointment time is 12:15 and we got called in for vitals at 2:15pm only after I told them I was done waiting and I was leaving. I brought in my poor mother early because she was a new patient and figured there would be lots of paperwork poor thing hadnt eaten and the inconsiderate staff can care less about the patients. Big mistake comming here.

Ridiculous. Arrive on Friday sign up, wait for an hour. And Im told that Im scheduled for Saturday even though I have a card written with the Friday date. Arrive on Saturday. Wait over 2 hours just to be told that they can not see me because the insurance hasnt been approved yet. So why do you set an appointment for something Im not approved yet for? Poor management. Try and stay away from this place. I have no choice I was referred here.

I had an appointment at 10:30. It is now 1:08 and I still havent been called. I saw 2(!) guys who came in after me get called in first. When they came out, I asked when their appointment was scheduled for. They said they were walk-ins! In the end, it is my fault for still coming here. I just dont seem to learn my lesson.

Hes been my family doctor since my Daughte r was born. Excellent doctor. Business is open 7 days out of the week. Has xray and sonogram available.
