no tengo queja del Dr.pero cuando he necesitado algo por telefono casi siempre me co ntesta el buzon de voz, acabo de pedir un resurtido de receta, y primero me la mandaron a otra farmacia que no voy, y me hablan para decirme que me la van a surtir en la farmacia que uso, pero ahora son menos pastillas, anteriormente dos veces me dijeron que me iban a dar por un mes, y que necesitaba hacerme estudios y ahora salen con que nada mas 15 dias, ponganse de acuerdo, en fin creo que cambiare de dr.

Tengo mas de una semana llamando para una Receta,tube que ir a la oficina,y la muchacha de enfrente me atendio muy mal.able a la farmacia y no abia ninguna orden,y able para la oficina de mi Dr.otra ves y la misma muchacha otra ves,me contesto que estaba ablando al Banco Chase,colge y marque otra ves,la misma muchacha "Gina" me a gritado en el telefono.el Dr.es muy bueno,no quiero cambiarme son 9 años con el pero esta no es la primera ves que me pasa algo igual.

Beware! Watch Out! My parents found this doctor nearby and were getting treatment for 3 years now . Unfortunately, he over prescribed them, both of them very elderly I came down to visit them and found them in horrible health. To get in contact or information from them takes a few days! How can one human take over 10 pills daily all for blood and heart pressure conditions. We finally received my parents diagnostic s and found completely different conditions from his treatment inclination. Not alone the worst part is that none of the prescribed medications they were taking for 2 years were necessary. Be very carefull.

I have had so many problems with them. I had to wait for a long time and that part is ok w me because there is a wait at most doc offices. The problem is that i just went in for a physical and they submitted payperwork to my insurance incorrectly and not I have to pay for everything on my own!!! My insurance even called them and asked them to re-submitt paperwork and they would not. I tried for weeks to get in touch with the accounting manager Celia and she would not return any calls or see me when I would go into the office. Do not use them!!!!!

Real bad, to be honest the waiting time when they schedule me friday for my appointment was very ridicules. The big young girl in the front desk wearing black was very rude. The dactor might be okey , but the medical staff in the front desk is making patients go somewhere else. Very unpleasant experience.

Ive been there 2 times, 1 for a first time physical and 2nd for a follow up. I was treaded good by both dr.s. the staff was very helpful. Front desk does need help in customer serves but the Drs and nurses are great. This has become my pcp.

I called to make an appointment to get checked and they refused.i was in an accident. Im already a patient with them. The lady in the front her name is Elizabeth completely woupd not help. I wont be going back to this clinic ever.

When it comes to contact, they do a horrible job, also dont ask the front desk to fill out any paper work for a 3rd party, it will probably be done incorrectly.

I feel like they listen to me and treat accordingly. When they prescribe labwork they get back to you promptly with results, not leaving you wait wondering.

Front desk IS THE WORST!! Office manager is a joke!! Customer service is definitely not a practice at this dr office! Do not recommend!
