Quality of care: 5 star. Time management: 1 star. My kids are very comfortable with the pediatricians, nurses and assistants here (which is very important to me). The docs are smart and helpful problem-solvers. Same with the prescribing nurse, flabotomist, etc. They are all decent, hardworking people. That being said, when I have an appointment I come 15 minutes early, I get checked in by a PA, PLUS sit in an exam room alone waiting an average of 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see doc. If you cant see me til 3:30, dont schedule me for 3pm. I ask at the front before each appointment if doc is running late today, Im always told no, or I dont think so. Last month, I sat ignored in an exam room for *an hour and fifteen minutes*. I had an appointment at 11:00am and doc walked in at 12:15pm. It wasnt an emergency, thank goodness I just needed a refill, but still. Not even a hey, sorry. Youd think theyd be mortified and change their schedule/reschedule procedures: for example call me and move my appointment when they know they are hopelessly off-schedule because doc delivered a baby at 3am. Or cross-train docs to cover for each other when one has an emergency procedure. Or delegate. Or hire more staff. Or ask me if Id consider seeing the PA or PN (or heck, an intern) who *is* available when my scheduled doc is not available during my scheduled appointment. Or fine patients who show up late without calling, who disrupt every other persons day. I get it. Some medical issues dont fit in a tidy 15-minute box. If Im being honest, they have squeezed me in during my own minor emergencies. Sometimes its a full-moon and flu season, and sports-physical season and the office is inundated. Nope. No changes to their time management procedures. This week, before my appointment I asked again at the front desk if doc was on-time; I was brushed off with a yeah, I think so. I sat in the lobby for 15 because I came early as asked. I sat ignored in an exam room for 45 minutes, again. No one stuck their head on with an update on time or an offer to reschedule. I had to leave without an exam (my kids had appointments elsewhere) and ask at the front desk if I should try urgent care for my ear infection. I havent heard from doc since. And I get to make another appointment, again, next week to sit ignored more, to try to get ahold of the refill I didnt get during this weeks appointment. Yay. I hate to gripe but the ongoing time-management issues are getting in the way of an otherwise quality medical practice.

I have been a patient at this office for years. I had an appointment to refill a medication, as I do annually and Arbor Family Medicine called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me they had canceled it. Due to my work schedule, I couldnt make another appointment for almost a month, so I left a messagr asking if they could send a 30 day refill due to them canceling the appointment. They didnt respond for over a week despite multiple calls from my pharmacist and messages from me. Finally, I was able to get through to the medical assistant for my provider, and they refused to refill the prescription until after I was seen. I explained the situation, and how I had taken time off of work for my prior appointment, and was unable to for at least three more weeks. They told me it did not matter, and they would not do so. When I asked if I needed to go to a different doctors office to have my medical needs met, the medical assistant expressed that it was fine with theme, that they did not care. Do not use this establishment if you want providers that care for your medical needs, and not just what you bring to their bottom line. And be prepared for them to cancel your appointments without notice.

Terrible. I had pneumonia for four months thanks to them. I had to request an older antibiotic that eventually worked. And, I had to ask for a Pneumonia shot. They knoew about them but never mentioned it to me until I found out about it and asked them. They also saw elevated C-Reactive proteins, due to the pneumonia, and wanted to do more tests. I asked why and the doctor said it could be a sign of a more serious problem. Luckily, I did my own research and already knew that the elevated levels were caused from Pneumonia. Maybe somebody should go back to medical school? Also, I lost one inch in height due to andropause bone loss and nobody noticed. I asked about bioidentical hormones to stop the bone loss and they said that my testosterone levels were normal for my age. I could see this answer coming from a back woods doctor but Colorado? Please educate yourself. Im not even a doctor and I keep up with the latest research. Also, increased testosterone levels do not cause cancer but do exactly the opposite, That would also, I assume, be your level of knowledge.

For years I have put up with this doctors office and their poor office administration. Be prepared to wait well over 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, to be put on hold for 10-20 minutes at a time while the receptionists talk about their party last night (I have been in the office and seen this happen first hand on multiple occasions) and have the medical assistants just "forget" to call you about results or next steps. Don't believe me? Just call and I guarantee, 9 out of 10 times you will be placed in hold. Now that their most recent screw up over the last couple of weeks has actually cost me a lot of unnecessary money and time, I am finally done with this place and suggest anyone else looking for a family doctor look elsewhere as well.

I have been a patient at Arbor Family Medicine for over 12 years and have found their service to be top notch. I have been treated with respect and compassion throughout the years. I originally chose Dr. Hahn as my physician because I have always liked being treated by an Osteopathic Physician. When the practice became larger - it was more difficult to see Dr. Hahn regularly - and he asked if I would be interested in changing to his associate Dr. Sidhu - and I did - and could not be more pleased! She is a wonderful doctor and compassionate care giver. When my father moved here - he became one of Dr. Hahns patients and was very happy with the care he received as well.

Called to make an appointment, and I was told that they dont accept new patients with Medicare. This after I had already been a patient, as well as explaining that my medicare was supplemental to my normal insurance, United healthcare ppo. The young lady had to check with her boss to see if they could accept me. After informing me that they could see me with the ppo, I felt discriminated against and a sense of responsibility for the people who are rejected by this company, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Let us not forget that they are a business, and we do not have to support a healthcare facility who does not follow their own code of ethics.

Ive been a patient for 5+ years now. Doctors are great. While Ive constantly seen by my primary physicians, I have interacted with multiple doctors over the years and found them all to be competent. The front desk staff is very friendly, Ive never had a reason to complain. They are hard to get a hold of via the phone, you will always be placed on hold, and sometimes for 5-10 minutes, or more. They have an email portal, which is also difficult to use compared to others Ive used. It will notify you via your personal email that you have new messages, but when you log in to their portal, it is unclear what/where the new message is.
