Needed to schedule an appointment with someone to get a new script, and for someone who hates doctors offices I had a good experience. Natalie took time to understand a more complete picture of my situation. It was my first time visiting, and she made some other suggestions for what might be good for me to consider for overall health in a way that helped me feel equipped to make my own decisions. Using BCBS I had no issues with payment. They also had clear expectations for their patients, which I appreciate to avoid the guessing game of how their practice operates. From my first visit a few months ago, I recommend their practice.

I visited with the new PA Natalie Ibrahim, although I was there for a physical she actually took the time to talk with me, I mean she spent time to be with the patient and listen to everything as a whole. Turns out as sick as I was, I didnt show too many symptoms but she was able to provide right treatment and proper medication dosage to get me back on my game. I have been a patient here for 5 years and will not go elsewhere. Thanks to Dr. Staller and all the staff you guys keep my family going and my back happy!!!

Do not go here, they just want to schedule office visits and bill your insurance. I saw the doctors assistant Natalie twice @ $136 a pop per visit. My medications were inadequate and didnt work and they said you can talk to Natalie over the phone and maybe work something out. However I was then called back by Julie and said an office visit was required. Avoid this horrible place, they just want your $$$.

I am very happy with the care I receive here. Noreen is not only efficient and competent but very compassionate. The front desk girls and nurses always have a smile. I would never go anywhere else unless I absolutely had to.
