I have been a patient at the Mt. View Clinic for over 5 yeas now. They run an efficient, friendly facility and I have always been treated well and served courteously. Dr. Shahan has proven to be a caring and thoughtful provider at every turn. When the kids needed physicals on short notice, he was extremely accommodating, fitting them in to an already busy schedule. Dr. Shahan has gone the extra mile making phone calls to convey important information after hours on more than one occasion. I cant say enough about the personal level of concern my family has received. I am clearly not alone in my opinion as the Clinic is always bustling with activity but if you are looking for the kind of personal attention that seams to be missing in todays heath care environment, this is a great place to start.

Never saw the Dr. They seem only concerned about scheduling appointments but often forget or ask you to schedule multiple appointments for your concerns. My last straw was when they wouldnt see my very sick son after scheduling an appointment. I had to go to the local Er poor guy had a really bad ear infection. Pretty bad when your dr cant be there for your family. They apologized but seemed to be disorganized when trying to make an excuse for not being able to see him after a scheduled appointment. After many frustrating situations it was time to find a new dr. I told them so but they didnt seem to care. Weird for the Monument area.

I I fasted the 12 hours for a physical. after I left the exam I realized they didnt even draw blood. I called up and asked them why not? Their response....we totally forgot. The list goes on ...I wont even start. save yourself the headache and look for a professional medical office.
