If I could, I would give this office negative stars. I feel like this office was scam. I took my parents to get their physical exams in May. Because they already had their physical in November of the year before, I made sure that this claim will still be submit as a physical. They assured me a few times that it will be. A few months later I got 2 bills stating that the visits were office visits. I called them and they told me that they submitted the claims as physical and my insurance denied the claims. I called my insurance and they told me that the office never submitted the claims as physicals but as office visits for urine in blood, for BOTH my parents. Such a terrible made up lie. I called Dr. Szabo office a few times to tell them that since my insurance policy allows a physical a year, without each exam being exactly 12 months apart. Surprisingly, they told me I have to contact their billing office and my call kept either being transferred or rejected every time for a few months. I even resorted to asking my insurance to call them more than 5 times and the issue is still not resolved. Now, I get 2 letters every other week threatening that I will be sent to collection if I dont pay the bills, which I already sent in, although my insurance and I are still trying to resolve the issue. WORST OFFICE EVER!!!!!

Would not recommend. Billed insurance the wrong way, difficult billing department. Did not follow up with blood work results. Will be moving to different provider.
