I downright despise going to the doctor and have had terrible to mediocre experience at most places throughout my life. Absolutely not true at this facility. Thus far the service has been fantastic. My first phone call to this facility was handled by a phenomenal woman that helped me find an appointment that day even though it wasnt at the same facility. Since then, I changed all possible medical services to this facility and havent been disappointed. Every time I have called I have friendly and knowledgeable service. My one appointment at this facility thus far, with the lovely Dr. Rita S., was handled with sensitivity and understanding and I couldnt have asked for more. Great service-thank you all.

Not very fiendly people. The doctors are substandard and have little empathy for patients, nor do they care for patients. They are more interested in petty things than in caring for the patients. They have a little scam going where they keep you coming back for unnecessary tests and things just to get money. The office, itself, is sparse and looks like something thats just a front for something else. I wouldnt trust my children to these people again.

Every time I have had an appointment here with Dr. Apple the wait time was either not at all or very little. I have not felt rushed at an appointment and the amount of time he has taken per visit is impressionable. He has always demonstrated care and concern while making helpful recommendations. I feel this doctor truly cares about his patients and I highly recommend him.

I visited Northwest to receive an immunization for international travel. Every person I interacted with was helpful and friendly. The P.A. who saw me was prompt and professional and my records were ready in a very timely manner. All in all the experience was pleasant and effortless. I will visit Northwest again if I have future medical needs.

Been with Dr. Redal for over 25 years, and I still am impressed with his bedside manor and his overall real care for his patients. Dr Apple is the icing on the cake, hes great. For real care all the docs in this office are the real deal. Make you feel very comfortable and like they honestly care about your health.

Scheduling an appointment is very difficult. Long hold time. My family has been seeing different providers here for several years. Our favorite, Heidi Warner, is no longer with the practice. Medication refills take at least a week. On the positive side, most providers are very attentive to your needs.
