Dr. Parra and his staff (Minus Veronica Green) are absolutely awful. His staff is rude and when asked to do something such as referrals or authorizations, they dont do it or dont do it correctly. It took multiple phone calls and face to face visits to get them to do anything. Dr. Parra has no bed side manner and doesnt seem to care. Ms. Green however, is very attentive and caring. It has been nothing but a nightmare with this Dr. and office!

I recently retired. My previous doctor doesnt take Medicare patients and I was referred to Dr. Parra. What a Godsend!!!! GREAT doctor!!! Will talk and LISTEN to you. The staff is exceptionally efficient!!! I dont have to wait 2 hours to see the doctor. In and Out. Wham, bang, thank you Maam.... Im VERY SATISFIED with my new doctor.

The doctor is nice and listens, but front desk doesnt call back when they say they will when you need paper work filled out for work. The girl pretty much just says itll be ready when its ready.....have someone who is organized and wants to work.....not to mention you want me to pay 10 dollars for 2 pages that takes 3 days to fill out

Professional doctor. However, the staff is very unprofessional. Does not give messages to other staff and do not call back when they say they will. Getting paperwork done is truly a hassle.
