this clinic has very, very poor follow through. They do not return phone calls to patients nor are they able to answer to answer any questions when they finally do call. As an example they never follow up with me on blood results. i end having to call them repeatidly after two weeks just to get blood results. I also feel as if they are just money hungry. As an example, I had a complete physical and just a month later I needed a refill for medicines I have been on regurarly for several years they told me I haD TO COME IN FOR BLOOD WORKUP when I was just there and had complete blood work up. The office manager (Dan) is also useless. He says he will follow up for things but then never does follow up nor return phone calls. On another occasion I was already one block from the clinic (after a 40 minute drive) and they called me to cancel. I have to give them 24 hr notice to cancel. They have no respect whatsoever for their patients time but they tell you they have no time to return phone calls. This clinic is just after your money so if you want to throw out money go right ahead. I would not recommend this clinic to anybody. The service is sub par, at best and the doctors are just not available to speak to you unless you go in and have to pay a co-pay. NOT ONLY DO I NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC BUT I INDEED RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE. THEY ARE USELESS AND DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF SERVICING THEIR CLIENTELE. STAY AWAY!!!! BTW: My doctor was Dr. Creech and every tome I went there he did not seem to remember me and had to spend "my time" reviewing who I was and then didnt even find the notes from my previous visit with him!!! he does not seem to give personal service. He will not call you back. They also apparently have trouble keeping help because they keep telling me that certain people just left and left them without notice so they are short handed. When a clinic cannot even keep their own employees no wonder their service stinks.

What happened, Emily? Your office used to be great, and now its a joke. Your front desk staff is rude. It takes 20 min on hold to get to the receptionist. The people calling to give lab results can not answer even basic questions. I had a girl tell me "I dont know anything, I just read the Drs notes, if you want to know what your results mean you have to make an appointment". I asked several times for a doctor to call me back, and never got a call. To top it off I now have almost $800 in bills from you because your staff assured me that you accept cigna, when you really dont. Why would they let me go through with multiple visits, when they see my insurance card, knowing Ill be paying out of pocket? Last year I was treated at the ER, and needed to schedule an immediate appointment to follow up with your office, within 24 hours. When I called, I was told 2 weeks was the earliest anyone could see me, even with the knowledge I had just been treated at an ER, how do you sleep at night brushing people off like that? Recently my mother needed you to release her records, and it took dozens of phone calls and three days for you to release and authorize what we needed. I have friends that work in the medical field, and you should know they think your office is a joke. They point to the high turnover of your staff as a huge red flag. They also say your office has more billing mistakes than any other office they work with. Another review stated your office started to decline when you hired your husband to manage it... Finally, its terribly childish of you to only respond to the positive reviews on here. Clearly you see all the reviews, not just the beneficial ones. Why dont you get it together, take responsibility and acknowledge the negative reviews as well? I found a new pcp today, sad to say I am thrilled to be ending my 20 year relationship with you.

Ive been coming to Columbine Family Practice for a couple of years, and have never been terribly impressed. However, as Ive never really needed much from a doctor, Ive more or less put up with them for some time. Ive had more than a few problems, such as: - Despite being on a couple of very safe, very normal medications at consistent doses for some time, Im required to come in 4 times a year to discuss my medication and dosage with my doctor, where other practices in the past have only required this once a year. - None of the doctors ever seem to remember anything about me, and Ive caught dubious and downright incorrect notations in my file from previous visits. - Im never able to get in for a same-day appointment, regardless of issue severity. - The front desk staff has been variable, ranging from very friendly to downright hostile and uncaring. - Ive had tests run, and no results presented to me either over the phone or via mail. Results were only forthcoming when I prodded them after weeks of not hearing any news. This isnt the worst practice that you could imagine, but its certainly not a good one. Youre better off looking elsewhere for your medical needs.

I was a newer patient to Columbine Family Practice at the recommendation of someone who had been a patient there for years. If I knew then what I know now, I never would have gone here. I was consistently treated poorly by the front desk staff when checking in. Also, when needed to be seen as a same day appointment, I was told on numerous occasions that there was nothing available and to go to the ER. The issues I needed to be seen for were not something to go to the ER for. A urinary tract infection and a sinus infection are ridiculous to go to the ER for. I saw my doctor once a month for a med refill and each time he would ask me what I do for a living and where I work, which indicated to me that I was not important enough to remember. I work for a family practice and would not even dream of talking to our patients the way I was talked to and treated. I will be transferring my care to another practice in which on my first visit made me feel welcome. Its appalling to me that these staff members are allowed to stay employed while treating people so poorly, it says a lot about the providers.

Wish I would have read the reviews prior to making an appointment here. Brand new patient. I showed up 5 minutes late for my first appointment because I drove through the neighborhood trying to find the office. Then I waited 4-5 minutes for the receptionist to appear because they have a huge sign in the middle of the lobby that says not to approach their reception desk. I must say she might be the rudest person Ive met in a long time. Immediately told me I was late and that she doubted they would be able to see me. Called back to someone and said Id have to reschedule. Guess new patients arent welcome here. I called twice to speak to the office manager and still no return call. Based on the previous reviews sounds like this is normal for them. Immediately called another office here in Littleton and was greeted warmly and seen the same day. I wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone, ever, based on how Ive been treated.
