I have been a patient here for 2 years now. The first year I was going here they had were amazing. I had never stuck with a doctor before until I came here. Shortly after my year mark there were changes made in the staffing (lost doctors) and from there it continued to decline in quality. Here are the recent problems I have had with this office: 1. It takes FOREVER to make an appointment. I presently just held for over 30 minutes and by the time I got somebody on the phone it was the after hours service. The after hours service only handles emergency calls and will not let you leave any type of message, thus forcing you to call during their business hours (which is the same hours I work and I dont want to spend my one break holding for 30 minutes to make an appointment). No option for voice-mail or alternative means of communication (such as email). They make you jump through hoops just to get into the place. 2. They sent my bill to collects without ANY notice to me that I even owed money. When I called to get this reversed with billing I was told that they sent out a statement in January 2016 (which the bill was from services in summer 2015). I was told the statement was returned as undeliverable. Instead of contacting me with the multiple phone numbers I have listed as a patient, they just decided to send it to collections. Instead of asking for payments at my appointments they just sent it to collections. The only way I ever even knew I had a bill from them was from it already being processed by debt collectors (not to mention that negatively affects your credit score.) Do yourself a favor and find another place for your medical needs, ANY OTHER PLACE.

Im seriously amazed at how heartless and unprofessional Nicole Rowe "M.D." was. Its rare I meet someone as narcissistic and psychopathic as Nicole. Nicole maintains the attitude that "I, am, a doctor and you MUST listen to me or Im going to walk out on you!" It only took her less than a minute to walk out on me after entering my room. I was put in the room by the nurse to walk for Nicole and as I did I was facebooking, of course. Thats what you do in this day and age when youre board or waiting for someone. Well Nicole walks in the room and doesnt even have foot one in the door yet before she tells me to put down my phone. Then, when start to discuss the new BiPaP I need she starts to tell me that she dont have any there she can give me because tis a doctors office. She didnt like when I said to her "ohhh you mean a durable medical equipment supply house has to supply this???" "Really, you dont keep 300 bipaps in stock in the back room?!?" Im guessing the non-professional didnt like my, extreme, sarcasm because she got up told me she was going to go get the office manager who then came in and tried to pass off every bad excuse she could for the seriously bad behavior of Nicole Rowe. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS "PRACTICE" because with as much "practice" as theyve had theyre still REALLY BAD at what they are supposed to do! Right, Nicole?

This is the worst doctor I have ever run across! I was recommended to him by a family member, so I expected a good experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and filled out the necessary paper work. When he entered the room he told me he could not take me as a patient because I was a horrible patient. He told me I had a diabetic ulcer on my toe and that I was going to lose my foot. He didnt even look at it! It was a small hangnail and I had a band-aid with Neosporin on it. He then proceeded to tell me that I was going to die a horrible death and that I would be dead in five years. He didnt even talk to me or ask me any pertinent questions. He got all of that from a piece of paper. Never mind that a year and a half ago I was off all diabetic medications, with an A1c of 6.8. After I had a heart attack, I slowed down a lot. I couldnt exercise so I had to go on Insulin again. If you are looking for a doctor, pass on this one. He has no compassion, doesnt have any desire to help. He just wants "easy" patients so he can bill your insurance with as little work as possible. the reason I went to him is because my last doctor passed away. I looked for three days online to find hi. I wish I wouldnt have ever heard of him.

I loved Dr Hofeditz, and he was my Dr for close to 20 years. He bedside manner was fantastic, he listened, and helped. He retired, and I feel pretty stuck w/this horrible practice. Ive gone in for a yearly physical, and they basically just said, "oh you dont need to test for that, or that, or that." So they basically listened my heart, told me to lose 10lbs and exercise more. I also broke my ankle and went in and was told to basically "toughen up, were old, its not broken, but if you feel like you need an xray by all means." Guess what it was broken, and did I get a courtesy, "Hey we were wrong, Im so sorry." None, not one. I will be putting as much distance between myself and this practice as possible.

Ever since they switched Drs and staff this practice has gone down hill. I called two weeks ago to schedule an apt for my fiancée. I specifically told the receptionist I needed the appointment on a certain day and she said she had booked it. I then called to confirm the time it was booked for the and the girl that answered the phone said that the appointment was for a different day. And basically said too bad so sad. I talked to three different people and they all pretty much said the same thing. No one ever offered to try and squeeze him in or to call if someone cancelled. Their customer service is horrible.... If you are looking for a practice dont come here.

Let me start off by saying, I absolutely dislike going to the Dr. However, Ive had a few things change in my life and was forced to go. Corinne Hanisch, PA-C, changed my life forever. She is pleasant, funny, and empathetic. She makes me feel comfortable enough to get the care I need. All staff that Ive come in contact with are very friendly, as well. I have teenage children, as soon as theyre ready for their adult care I will be sending them here. Thank you, Corinne, for being you! Respectfully, Veronique Lucero

I saw their female doctor (not Dr. Hofeditz) on July 6th. I just found out that the lab work from that visit was sent to a provider (Quest Diagnostics) thats is NOT listed with my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas), so none of the fee was paid by my insurance. Not happy. Im ready to call their office to see if theyll pay for it, since its their mistake. Yeah, right. Not gonna happen. I need to find a better practice to go to.

I would give zero stars if I could. As per their phone recording, I requested a refill at my pharmacy and never heard back. I called the office and they said I needed to come in for a checkup. I made an appointment this morning for 12:45 with Doctor Lee. Upon arrival they said that I did not have an appointment and would have to return on another day...never going back! Completely unprofessional hacks!
