Ive been going to this clinic since I was a child but the place has really gone down since Dr. Armor left the practice. I called in because I had received a message from "Sharon" asking to give her a call back. I had called to refill a prescription which Dr. Brewer had said I could call without an appointment to refill. Sharon was rude off the bat, yelling into the phone when I didnt answer quickly enough. She couldnt find why she had called and left a message in the first place so went to ask the doctor. She said I had to come in because I hadnt been in in a year, although I had been for an appointment several months ago. When I asked to speak with the Doctor (whom she had just spoken to) she refused and refused to listen when I stated I had seen Dr. Brewer several months prior. This isnt the first negative experience Ive had here and while this used to be a great clinic, Id advise you to go elsewhere.

Dena Sheppard Madden, MD, is a compassionate and extremely intelligent medical practitioner. She is currently making a transition from First Care, Fort Collins, CO, to Family Physicians located in Berthoud, CO. As one of her many loyal patients for two years, I am making the transition with her. Both practices are fine state-of-the art facilities; that said, I like the homey quality of Berthoud: its a quaint and charming town whose main street heading west has a view to live for! The Berthoud staff--from front desk to final check-out: stellar and efficient. I have interacted with Debbie, Sharon and, more intimately, Chelsea and, of course, Dr Madden. To all: Thank you all for helping me through my current medical predicament.
