I have seen 2-3 different docs plus PAs at this practice and I will schedule an appointment with whomever is free because they are ALL so very good. I didnt know medical practices like this excellent facility still exist. Their name is no misnomer: patients are all treated like FAMILY. We have used this business for major medical (after care for pulmonary embolism), routine sick care (strep, flu, UTI), well care (physicals), med management in concert with a specialist (family member mental health treatment) and emergencies (broken bones). We have received attentive, excellent care every single time we have walked through their doors.

This medical practice is unlike any other I have seen in my lifetime. Its the kind of practice youve always wanted but could never find. The entire staff from front office to clinical are amazing. You will NEVER feel like a money-making number here. You will, however, come away feeling valued, know you matter and will have a game plan for your health that BOTH you and your provider are happy with. If youre tired of the typical medical practices prevalent in todays medical society, please give this practice a chance to show you how much they truly care about your health.

I always receive exceptional medical care from The Family Practice. There is never a long delay in scheduling appointments. I am always greeted respectively when I contact the office. I never have to wait past my scheduled appointment time. Medical staff always listen attentively and patiently to my stated health concerns, I never feel rushed. Treatment options are fully explained and discussed. I always leave the office feeling I have received excellent care and service. Thank you Family Practice!

Very poor experience. I made an appt days in advance, took off work, hired a nanny, appt was confirmed 2 hours before, I arrive at the time the text message says, but then after parking and getting upstairs and waiting in their line, it was 7 mins past. They told me they were unable to keep the appt. Most likely they will bill my insurance. Big waste of everyones time and money because of a poor discretionary call by the front receptionist.

The Family Practice is the best medical practice my wife and have ever been a part of. Following Dr Robert Vogts leadership every physician and staff personnel are excellent. They sincerely care for their patients and have great communications skills and want the best for us. We value their medical care greatly and highly recommend Dr. Vogt and his team.

Shocking this practice gets good reviews. Office staff is rude, and it was impossible to get refills in a timely manner. Dr. Rogers looked at his computer the whole time, never looked up. My dog gets more attention at the vet. Sorry...but I dont recommend.
