I wish I took these reviews more seriously before I went... I have never felt more sick and angry leaving a doctors office. I made an appointment for a check up over the phone, when asked if I had insurance or not I said no. There was nothing more said about my lack of insurance at that time. Nothing was said when I got my reminder call the day before. They even let me walk 2 miles one way and come fill out all the paperwork, and make it though the nurse portion. THEN a nurse came in to tell me that everything I checked on the paper work would be a separate cost, I proceeded to have a panic attack since my finances are what have been keeping me from seeing a doctor even though I am very concerned about my health. While this is happening the nurse just stood there staring at me, and if you have anxiety you know this is the last thing you want when youre freaking out. She eventually got me a glass of water but other than that didnt even try and help me decide what would be more important to get looked at first and what could wait, just staring and waiting. Finally she decided to tell me that if I didnt have insurance that I would have to pay in full when I leave and there was no option for billing, upon hearing that I had no choice but to leave. The entire time I felt extremely uncomfortable and uncared for or about, hands down the worst medical experience Ive ever had. All in all though this goes back to the secretaries, who seem to be the cause for most 1 Star Reviews ironically and now I can see why. You would think a policy like that would be required information for an uninsured patient making an appointment so that the patient and doctors time (or week in my case) dont get wasted. Had they just told me that when I tried to make my appointment Id provably be figuring out whats wrong with me right now instead of typing this. How do you morally turn away someone who needs medical attention just because they cant pay in full the day of the appointment? Note that I was willing to pay, I just wouldnt have been able to afford it all at once, like most people without insurance... Give your business to someone that actually sees you as a person and not a dollar sign.

If I could give this doctors office zero stars, I would. The receptionists did not acknowledge me when I walked in. They were too busy chatting with each other & on their phone. I signed in and sat down. It had been over 20 minutes, so I asked the girls if I had to fill out additional information and she was very rude and confused that I was not given paper work to fill out. The women who checks your weight & height was not friendly and did not say many words to me. The PA that saw me was extremely professional and friendly and Im so thankful for that. When I was in the room waiting for the PA to come back, I heard a few workers talk badly about a patient and made fun of them. I find that so unprofessional and rude and the fact they were talking so loudly that I could hear everything they were saying with the door closed. The PA wrote me a prescription however she never sent the prescription to the pharmacy of my choice, so I was left without medication that I needed for my trip. When it was time to check out, the receptionist did not say a word to me until I had to say something to her. I would never recommend this doctors office to anyone. I have never met such an unprofessional office staff in my entire life and I will not be returning.

After waiting in the waiting room for an hour and a half, I finally got to see the doctor (for about 2 min.). I was sent to get an x-ray, and told to call back in 2 days, because they would be unable to call me back with the results. What kind of doctor doesnt call their patients back with pertinent medical information?! When I called back, I was told that they had no diagnosis, and that they can prescribe me pain meds, or refer me to an orthopedic. I chose the latter, and was told that it will take another 2 days to refer me to an orthopedic. When I asked why it would take so long just to refer me to an orthopedic, the peeved response was that it takes 2 days to make sure that the orthopedic would accept my mainstream insurance. If you value your health, and the timeliness of your diagnosis, then I suggest going elsewhere.

these "doctors" wouldnt know medicine if it flew up their asses. I came in for a med check for my ADD). to get the same med ive been on for over a decade), and to get my back looked at because it hurts like a mf. The dumb-ass blonde doctor who saw me, suggested I do yoga and get spinal injections, and take wellbutrin for ADD, on the suggestion it has "shown promising results", I refused out right. I dont come to a doctor for speculation I come for results. These people wont give you them. They prescribe flippin yoga for back pain. I work 70 hours a week and dont have time for boulder hippy educated yoga hosiers. These people are in it just for the money, dont let their fancy ads or tech mislead, they just want your cash. These people go off of assumption and not fact its quite upsetting.

I was a patient for over ten years but I am fed up. The office staff is very very rude and uncaring. I have my pharmacist call in for refills on a Rx and it takes days for the office staff to get back to the pharmacist. I constantly have to call and follow up, just to make sure it happens. It is ridiculous. Only one person (Dr. Kreutter) knows me by name, which is sad considering I have been a patient for close to 12 years. The office staff, medical assitants and even the PAS have been very rude, and talk to you like youre bothering them. It is very stressful and I DREAD having to call them because of their bad attitudes. Dr. Kreutter is the only one that seems to care...even just a little.

I recently became a patient at Cherry Creek Family Practice for the treatment of a head injury. The office staff was very patient with me, helping me through the process of filling out all of the required paperwork. They greet me warmly during each visit. Jennifer has provided my treatment, which has been excellent. During this very difficult time in my life, she has been kind, caring, helpful. My recovery is going well, in large part to my experience with Jennifer, as well as the entire staff of Cherry Creek Family Practice. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new physician.

I was a patient at CCFP for about 7 years, and over that time, the quality of the people in the front office declined to the point where I had to find a new provider. Most of the women who work at the front desk clearly dont care about the patients or their job. The doctors for the most part have always been good, but I finally couldnt take the office staff anymore so Ive moved on. Losing Dr. Ingram was a terrible loss for the clinic - I intend on tracking her down and hopefully shes in a clinic where the office staff isnt so rude, unprofessional, and uncaring.
