I have had two great doctors through Milestone--Soma Grotefend, whos left for New Zealand, and Jennifer Johnson who left the practice at the end of December 2015. I am saddened, as they are the best two doctors Ive had in my 60 years. So, I go in to get a follow up by a Physician Assistant, as they have no doctor there as yet, and I am seen by this woman I believe they said her name was Lisa, she didnt actually really introduce herself when she blasted into the room. She proceeded to insult my own bodily intelligence about immunizations, my thyroid, and my heart, and when I asked if I could ask a couple of questions, she looked truly annoyed and briskly answered me and was out the door as soon as possible. I am stunned and unsure how to proceed from here. I was told that there would be some doctor coming on at some point, but they didnt know when, and I felt truly abandoned in my care. I get to choose to take my chances with whatever new doc there is, or travel to Broomfield (which I think I will end up doing) just to see Dr. Johnson. It seems that Milestone, a local family type practice was taken over by Centura--a large corporation, and of course, like most large corporations, small people get lost in the shuffle.

Truly awful experience here. Went in to get a new doctor after switching insurance. Booked a new patient visit. Saw a nurse practitioner - Corinne Brock. She asked about my prior medical history and I told her about a surgery I had on my knee almost ten years ago. Its fine. I manage it perfectly well without a doctor and have for over 5 years. I thought the visit went well and then I got a bill for going in to see a doctor for general illness and knee pain was listed as the reason. Ive called about 10 times in the last month during the middle of the day to speak to someone, but conveniently their office is always closed. Billing wont do anything because the doctor submitted the claim this way, and I cant actually speak to a doctor to find out if it was an honest mistake or if they are deliberately charging me for something I didnt want, ask for, or receive medical advice on. 100% not worth the nightmare. I will be going to a different doctor from now on.

Dr Johnson has been sooo completely amazing to me and my GF. She has been there to help in every way possible and takes the time to listen, which I have found to be hard to find in Drs these days. She has been a saving grace in my GFs life and has helped her to be better mentally and physically. I couldnt ask for a better Dr. I would even switch if I had the ability to do so. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is judgement free and understanding. She doesnt give up until she has found the answers that works for her patients.

I have never been to this medical facility but I am now that Dr. LU is here. I am a previous patient of Dr. LU from another clinic and was devastated when I lost her. She is an amazing doctor who is compassionate, caring and professional. It hasnt been the same since she left the previous clinic and know that she will make a difference with this clinic. I hope all of her new patients will love and enjoy her as much as I do.

When this place was going through a transition to Centura, it was really crappy. I had 3 different doctors quit over that time period and was treated rather poorly. However, Dr. Hand is really amazing, and she said shes here to stay. And they just modernized their medical records so theres really great online resources for patients. Was thinking about leaving, but now theres no reason to.

I LOVE the new doctors at Milestone Medical Group in Niwot! I read the reviews and I just thought everyone should know that this clinic has new staff and they are all really great. Both Dr. Hand and Dr. Lu are experienced and professional doctors and are personable and caring as well. I highly recommend this clinic now!
