This hospital and its employees are extremely rude and do not own up to their mistakes. I was sent to the wrong location for an exam and then told that "My employees know my address so Im not sure why you went to the wrong location." What happened to the customer is always right and making things right. They then offered an appointment 3 days later after I already took time off today to bring two cats into the office. Dennis the office manager has zero customer service skills and didnt own up to his locations mistakes. Customer beware of this location and look for a more client centered and safe place for your animals where you can count on being taken care of. Give your money and business to people that truly care about your experience.

Took my little dog there for allergies. The first visit I waited for two hours...they claimed they were a person short. I was prescribed some very expensive allergy medicie: $60 for 15 tablets that last a week. I got the stuff home and found they gave me OUTDATED meds. I had to take it back. Had a follow up appointment...had to wait 40 Minutes before the doctor even came in. Reduced the amount of medicine necessary and since they did not have the 50 mg that I needed she wanted to prescribe something for a dog twice the size of mine but them take it every other day. That did not sound right so I went to pet meds...I need a new vet for sure.

Im surprised by the reviews. Ive visited this Banfield and several others nationwide for 8 years now. Their pet care plans have saved my tail. My Boston Terrier has had 3 large tumors, one was half the size of her back. They not only performed an amazing surgery to remove, but they rolled her annual teeth cleaning in so that I didnt have to pay another fee for the anesthesia, saving me 200+. I have nothing but great things to say about this location and Banfield in general. Just bought a new puppy and enrolled him on the puppy plan last week.

I would not recommend them to my worst enemy because I care more about their pets then they do. When did veterinarian become all about the money? I paid $140 to find out dogs some times get stomach aches and diarrhea. Then after the vet told me that the stool sample test I had only a month and half ago doesnt mean they didnt get parasites, only to tell me after the 42 dollar stool sample test again produced a negative for parasites that "occasionally" the see parasites. Sad excuse for pet care.

Scam Alert - They have been charging me for years. I signed up for a 1 year plan and they keep on charging me. They are sneaky. I got a new card and they called visa to get my new card number and kept charging me. My bank is reversing the charges and I finally got the charges cancelled but they have taken many hundreds of dollars from me. RUN AWAY AND DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE!!

The staff are nice and helpful. Been going there for few yrs now. Untill we met RAENA FURTADO!!(veterinarian) there are other great vets there!! AVOID her at all cost!! She is rude rude and dont care! Even the staff told me she has no manners and has had complaints from others. This is my 1st time posting anything on google or any social media. Dont like posting anything but I needed to vent out : (

My dog had diarrhea once, so I took him there. The staff was discourteous, and the doctor was so unfriendly that I felt like I and my animals were nothing but burdens to them. I later found out that they charge over twice as much for the same prescription that a friend of mine got for the same condition at a veterinary hospital across the street from them. This place is totally worthless.

Terrible customer service at this location. I called to see if they could get my dog in today. The girl I spoke with said if I could get there before 10:30am, it would be no problem. Arrived well before that. Then they tell me they cant see her until 4pm. Ridiculous. Im guessing they just didnt want to do it. Very rude and horrible customer service.

0 customer service not qualify vet, because there low experience my dog died, never I will come back to banfield and I told all my family and friend no experience vet need go back for more schoooling and how to talk to customer for that too I stop buy dog food from pet s mart for supporting banfield

Never will I ever take any animal here. My cat was literally dying in my arms. I called them thinking this was the closest place to my house and Ive taken my dog there, I was refused by the girl that answered stating I needed to take my cat elsewhere.

Friendly staff, but the hospital was dirty, the exam room floors were covered with pet hair and looked dirty. The floors hadnt looked swept or cleaned in awhile. This was discouraging being that its a medical facility.

This is a good place to get your puppy cleaned! Waiting area is a bit small and congested. But the groomers are very nice.
