Our dog, the sweetest, kindest boy ever; the love of our lives is dead now thanks to the gross negligence and lack of professional knowledge by employees at the Banfield Pet Hospital. We are so hurt and so angry and so disgusted by the lack of care and concern for our family dog and his health. Banfield told us there was nothing wrong.......nothing that could be done....... he will be fine.......take him to a surgeon........we dont do surgeries here ....... well - now he is dead. We took him in to see the surgeon and schedule that surgery; instead he had to be put down. Thanks Banfield. If I could make this post with ZERO stars then I would. If and when we decide to adopt a family dog again, we will NEVER, EVER use Banfield or their so-called wellness plan.

Worst customer service ever. There plans only lower the medicine pills for my dogs, but didnt help on the surgeries, visits, or shots. I was paying a lot of money per visit. Recently, I dropped my dog off at 8 am, for a minor checkup and a couple shots, and they didnt check on her or take her outside to go bathroom. As soon as I got off from work at 4 pm, I went over and found out that nothing was done with her. So I took her to Cherished Companions and they took very good care of her at a lower cost.

Good vets. Sometimes hard to get appointment schedule in reasonable time frame. Have to plan way in advance to make sure you get appointment scheduled for WellCare visits.

Its hit and miss. Sometimes I feel like they are purposely adding charges if youre not a member of their wellness club.
