HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE DONT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE. Let me start out with the office staff, they will put you on hold and act as if their busy even though you can be on your phone driving past and theres not a car in the parking lot. You ask to speak with your "doctor" and I use that term lightly they have nurse practitioners, you get her/ his nurse and they are rude to you. If it is an important matter they wont call until the end of the day. WOW REALLY! Then you get an excuse from your nurse practitioner I was in clinic all day. When you finally do get to speak with them you get an attitude and talked down to like you dont even matter, your just another number to them. My disabled husband was going there and we ran into a life changing event, I had to research what we needed to do medically wise to better our situation at least in that aspect of our life. He had contacted Ginger Smith to help rectify this situation she did help at first but then when it came time to see her it was a different story. My disabled husband had an appointment to be seen by her but since what we have encountered is not common we reached out to a person who has their PHD in entomology. He led us in the proper direction to deal with this. Of course we were late to the appointment but they are also a walk in clinic so you can still be seen SO THEY SAY. Well they turned my husband away and scheduled him an appointment for 5 days out. WOW REALLY PEOPLE. We called the office and knowing she would say something unethical we recorded the call. Ginger Smith stated that she has paying clients that she needs to help and not clients who dont. Sorry havent gotten a bill from them to pay. So I took it upon myself to get him into see a different doctor in another county who actually helped us. Then on Saturday the office staff here at touchstone called to remind my disabled husband about his appointment for today, he canceled it and said he had gotten it taken care of. Well, today I called to clarify the dosage increase on a medication he was prescribed I spoke with Gingers nurse Heather, at first she could not find anything in his file on it so I hung up with her. Not even a minute later she called back and said oh I found it but it will be a refill to soon and he would need a doctor to write a new prescription for it since to her knowledge Ginger was no longer his "doctor". Thats news to us. So we called and spoke to the "manager/director" and she was just as rude and once we told her what Ginger Smith said about having to take care of only paying clients she tried to say that it was never said. Once she realized that I have recorded that call she dropped the phone. She hung up on us of course she was not interested in helping a disabled man what so ever. No one in the office is going to help you all their interested in is the best way they can screw you. If I could give negative stars I would. This is a warning stay away from this office.

Brian Bentz is great and all his assistants however the front desk and the ones in the back responsible for giving messages have a big miscommunication problem along with not giving the drs the messages all the time.the front desk is not supposed to discuss anything medical they are reception so why do they pretend they have the authority to discuss things meant to be discussed with the Dr and become even argumentative at times .......very unprofessional. Also when you attempt to discuss an issue with the supervisor in regards to concerns be prepared for the party your complaining about to be listening in on your conversation then only to try and blame thier ignorance on the dr.?? If it werent for the love of my Dr I wouldnt send my dog here to deal with such unprofessional, rude beings.

They need a way to make appointments online. They dont have separate sick/well waiting areas, nor do staff ask visibly ill people to put masks on. There are signs everywhere but obviously some less courteous people need verbal reminders from staff to protect other, non ill people. I saw a young woman in front of me wiping her nose with her hand, sniffling, CLEARLY ill with a cold/flu and nothing was said to her even though she was displaying disgusting behavior like hand to nose wiping which is most likely the reason I am sick as a dog right now since I was unfortunate enough to be behind her in line. I walked in for routine blood work and left with one of the more nasty colds that Ive had in the last few years. Not happy at all.

Doctor was ok, Billing and accounting are incompetent. Make sure they have all your information for billing. I was turned into collections because they did not enter my contact information (address, phone number and email) correctly. Their incompetence and lack of knowledge cost me a bad mark on my credit report. I asked for thier help and was told they cant help me. They had no account number for me and gave me the number for centura. Centura health is just as incompetent as well. I want to Thank Touchstone Health Pueblo West for doing such a smashing great job of messing up my credit!!

If you can, go somewhere else! I arrived here for my very first time with intent to get a sports physical done for my daughter. We arrived at 12:20 to a sign stating "we will be closed 11:30-12:30 today for a staff meeting , etc". However, the doors were not opened until 12:50, that made people whom had to wait an additional 20 minutes feel as if the office did not care! If your going to ask us to be prompt for appointments at least be prompt in opening your establishment when posted! Rude... Rude.....Rude....... 000 Stars!!!

I really like my doctor, but those ladies at the front desk.... man, they are rude. Takes 3 weeks to get a simple appointment when I called last, then they felt the need to just cut me off in a very argumentative manner. So I just havent gone to the doctor in over a year. I did call today for an appointment, and the front desk lady was actually nice. Maybe they are taking into consideration how their receptionists are getting them bad reviews.
