This company actively engages in scamming customers by requiring they pay for an appointment up front before they can render service. The office gave us a quote of what we had to pay. We did not have the exact amount so the person who placed the appointment stated we could pay $200 that day and then make payments. We gave the payment but then found out afterwards my HRA through my insurance paid the bill in full. In fact they overpaid by $297. However the classic bait and switch starts here. This office stated you need to deal with MEDSOLUTIONS. So this is how you are going to be scammed. Medsolutions kept all but $57 of our overpayment and their response is they should never have told you what you owed. Problem, they told us they had to pay that amount in full up front. If you are asked to pay up front by these scammers be prepared for a magical amount increase without any reasonable explanation other than ooops, we should not have told you the amount. There are other options in this area, drive a little further and save yourself from being scammed. Its not a lot of money but principal should not be a lost concept.

The staff kept changing the amount I would need to pay for the scan. I have been putting off the scan because they keep changing the rate. Each time I called and the price changed, I would ask why did it change and I would be told, I dont know why that person would tell you that, our rate is $$$ and it has never changed.

Schedulers here must be monkeys. I waited over an hour for a 15 min MRI. When I asked why the delay, Apparently it was because the person before me had an MRI screening that took awhile. Come on people lets think... maybe scheduling the person when a shorter screening should go first or not have them go in so early.

I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! That was even counting the 7 minutes it took to resolve a minor issue concerning my paperwork. The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Very professional staff and great place to get quality imaging done. They gave me my x-ray and MRI results on CD for my records upon request. They also senty doctor a copy the next day.
