I made an ultrasound appointment with this location with a referral from my doctor specifying EVERYTHING that was needed in said appointment. (18 week ultrasound scan of baby) They said that I would be fine, I set the appointment a month prior. The Friday before my appointment (four days from the appointment date) they called to "remind me that they could not do the specified things on the referral because they did not have the equipment necessary." Now, I get that that is a legitimate reason EXCEPT that they had my referral BEFORE I scheduled and after I made sure that it was okay. They should have told me they were ill-equip on that day -- or heck a few weeks ago. This is plain ridiculous. I would give them an F. I wish the star rating came in half increments, because it was beyond poor. There was not even an apology. Stupid...

The staff are very pleasant and they do not waste my time. They explain everything clearly and make sure I understand. Dr. Solsberg diagnosed me with MRI when other imaging places I had been to over a span of many, many years had not. Subsequent surgery confirmed his diagnosis. I was referred to him again for a different problem (by a different doc) and my treatment there has again been top notch.

They misdiagnosed me. I was told I had a hernia and made the appointment to get my testicles cut open, but decided to get a second opinion and, lo and behold, it was simply an infection. Guess what? I STILL have to pay my bill.
