Horrible service. My Wife and I waited two weeks for a cleaning. When the day finally arrived, we got a call about two hours prior to our appointment to tell us that we didnt have any health insurance and without any other explanation canceled our appointment. They said they were having this problem for a few days. They obviously failed to contact us sooner and instead waited til last minute. Giving us no chance to fix the problem or figure it out. I went out my way to figure out how come "we were suppostly without any health insurance." Once I spoke to my insurance they were confused as well as they never received anything from Columbia Dental. Once we hung up with the health insurance, we contact Columbia dental to make sure everything was correct in their files. I read them my insurance information and was told they will call me back. Two days went by and no one ever contacted me. I called again and had to give all my information all over again because the person I had previously spoken to never took action. Hours later after me harassing them, I finally got contacted by Columbia Dental. Turns out to be that it was their mistake. Wrote our information down incorrect. So we lost the appointment we waited so long for due to their error. I finally get to reschedule and we had to wait another week. The day finally arrives and we go to Columbia Dental. We told the lady in the front counter our name and she tells us we dont have an appointment. Our name didnt even show up at all. So we basically waited 3 weeks for this appointment and still they failed to set up our appointment. My Wife and I are angry telling them as calm as we can how fed up we are due to all the run around. The office was completely empty and they still hesitated to take care of us after everything we told them. They asked us how far did we travel to decide if to take care of us or not... This is completely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. They are also harrasing me every week by mail with a bill that I dont owe. Spoke to someone about this issue two years ago and was told it was a computer problem and not to worry about it. I was told others received the same bill to ignore it, no balance. But here I am two years later still getting harrased. I call the billing department daily atleast 5 times or more a day and left numerous of voicemails explaining my situation. No one ever picks up the phone or atleast call back. This business is horrible and worst service ever, in every department. The staff is very unprofessional in every kind of way. I have no clue how any of them are still employeed.

The seat was torn up, the power outlets were out in the open in the exam room. The person taking the x-rays took about 45 min to do x-rays due to the fact that she was bouncing between me and another patient. Once the “hygienist” came in all she cared about was my wisdom teeth, one is in and another is coming in. I informed her of pain in one of my upper teeth and she seemed to think it was just sensitivity, didn’t look into it, and only cared about my non painful wisdom teeth. The cleaning, if you could call it that lasted perhaps 5 minutes at the most and consisted of a quick teeth scraping, what I see as a half done tooth paste on the teeth, and then an overdose slather of fluoride. I left with a dirtier mouth than when I arrived. My bottom permanent metal retainer was full of plaque and fluoride. I had to brush my teeth three times to get them back to a clean feeling when I got home. She informed me that I might have a cavity but wasn’t sure. She then told me to make an appointment to see the oral hygienist the following week. The appointment was made and I left. Though I was still trying to figure out what was going with this second appointment. I called them up and they informed me that I was to see the orthodontist about my third molar but that was it, they had no idea what was up with my third molar.….. I do not trust this place at all. Also the manager still has yet to call me several month later.

My mother has not been able to wear her dentures for atleast a year. She has health problems as well. When she told me she was able to get all the help she needed at Columbia Dental I was very happy. She said she walked in while visiting another doctor in the building and was nicely greeted by a Spanish young girl who was what she calls (triguena) with glasses who was able to speak Spanish and get her the help she needed. When the time came for her appointment the same young girl was able to come to the room an translate to the doctor so he can fix the problem. The end result she was able to get her denture fixed within the week and is now wearing them comfortably. Thank you to the young lady who treated my mother so kindly and helped her every step of the way. If I knew her name I would thank her myself. I recommend anyone to this office.

My appointment was at 2. At 1:15 they called to see if I could come in right away. I was there by 1:30. I got called in the office at 2:25. I was already agitated. I walk into a dirty office with a ripped shaky chair. Wait another half hour. Dr comes in to evaluate me and says I have 16 cavities and needed to have all of my bottom teeth pulled out and get a denture. I didnt even have tooth pain walking in the door. He is a bum. I ran out of there so fast and didnt even look back. I went to the clean, Dr dental today on route 80. So clean and up to date. Employees and doctor was great. Oh I have 3 cavities by the way. Not 16. I will see how much money he would have made to extract all those teeth and then get a denture. I will be reporting him.

This is poor dentistry I would not go to this dentist for a post I uploaded my X-ray of the tooth #29 That was done by Dr Aram Agadjanian from there new haven office the tooth had to be pulled the same day they put the post in. The dentist also dropped the post on the ground and placed it back in my mouth after falling on the ground he just blew it off. They did not clean the tooth until it was sterilized at all. They also sucked up my post impression into the water vacuum and then shut down the vacuum and placed the temp post with blood on it back in my mouth. A lot of horror went on in this office I know I have to give a review although its zero really.
