Very unhappy with my experience here I just received my health insurance which I didnt have before so didnt visit a dentist in about a year or so. Front desk was very nice and assistants also but the dentist him self was very rude made disrespectful comments at front of the other staff about me not seeing a dentist in a long time ( not every one can afford it). Made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed. On top of it all he did proceed to do a filling for me which was a disaster opened up my tooth left the room to start on another client next door. For 20 min I was siting with my mouth open while he started on someone else. ( very over booked place) Did a very sloppy job with the filling put something weird in it didnt even take his time to polish it or anything got the fill on my other teeth and it felt like I had food stuck in it not a fill it was very uncomfortable. I had to see another dentist the next day to fix it. Would not go back there any more I was very disappointed

I love how the staff took Care of my two children. The hygienic the time they took with my kids and myself was amazing! The doctor did my child Fillings and she is only 6 years old the kindness they have for my children are amazing! I will most definitely keep coming here and I strongly recommend this practice to everyone. They also have a second room upstairs for children as a playroom,while I was being treated my kids was being well entertained with the staffs and playroom. The reminders of future appointments by email phone call and text message are a great way to be reminded. Not only the staff are amazing so are the owners. Always willing to make sure their patients are well taken cared off. This practice is perfect for everyone with a big family down to just yourself. Go to this practice and see it yourself! Because this dentistry truly is all about the patients cared.

Very disorganized under new management. I have braces and needed to transfer dentists since Im generally a pretty busy person and their braces specialist is only there twice a month on Wednesdays and it wasnt working out for me. As a result, they needed to contact my insurance so everything could be transferred over to my new dentist. IT TOOK 10 MILLION PHONE CALLS FROM ME, TWO FROM MY INSURANCE AND 2 FAXES FROM MY NEW DENTIST REQUESTING MY FILES ( A TOTAL OF THREE MONTHS WITHOUT ME HAVING MY BRACES TIGHTENED) FOR THIS TO GET DONE. After my insurance calling them for the second time today, they finally did what they had to do. Literally make a phone call and send over my files- this took less than a day to complete and now I can finally go to my new dentist. Dont recommend going to them.

I go to this dentist for a painful tooth. So they do a filling and other filling on another tooth that they said had a cavity under filling... So i go home was in pain from the tooth that wasnt bothering me. I go in the next day cause i tell them im in pain and the fill in another tooth and tell me i would have to set another appt to take care of the tooth that i went in for cause it would take about an hour to do a root canal...they shouldve done the procedure right to begin with....thanks for the horrible service

Ive had bad experiences with dentists but this Office FDG makes you feel comfortable pricing is reasonable, courteous to patients, been coming here since I was very young never had any issues the staff are friendly are knowledgeable in insurances I can say thanks to them Ive never had a cavity in my life (thanks To Dr.Munk) now I bring my children and they love going since they make the visits fun & enjoyable, I appreciate everything theyve done for me & my family no complaints. I highly recommend their services.

My overall experience at this office was great. Everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. Dr. Lutzky is a very kind doctor. He took his time to do my exam. He is very honest and gives you options. During each procedure he made me comfortable and thats when I knew I wouldnt trade him for the world. Dr. Lutzky and his assistants kept me very calm. Those three make a great team. So if you havent been to a dentist in a long time, go on down to family dental where everyone is nice and professional.

Definitely a five star dental office. As a returning patient from childhood, I thought it was only right to return and bring my daughter as a new patient. Dr. Munk is great, and definitely knows the ins and outs of his business. All the staff is very friendly, and professional ; ensuring the patients are comfortable and that all questions/concerns are attended to. Always a great experience !

Great dental practice! The staff is accomodating and helpful, and Dr. Munk is wonderful. Hes done everything for my family from routine care, to a set of dentures for my mom, and recently, my daughter had to have two wisdom teeth pulled, and the entire experience was amazing. Horrible experience with oral surgeon. He made me feel as if he had to rush and had no patience when it came to me being fearful of needles. The cleaning of my teeth was rushed and not completely done. Overbooking or close scheduling makes the facility seem less than what it should be.

The two crowns Dr. Munk put in years ago are perfect. They have never given me one day of pain, and I would have forgotten about them except he checked them on a recent visit. The staff is nice, but Dr. Munk is the star - he will make you smile and almost enjoy going to the dentist!
