I have really horrible experience with this place. I had toothache in one tooth and I was force to get 15-20 xrays of all mouth which I felt was unnecessary, 1st because I was in pain and I had really hard time going through X-ray taking process. Here comes the WORST part, I was waiting for around 45 minutes after X-ray for DR ACONE to check my tooth. He poked on tooth so bad by the I left the office my pain went to roof. He presented me 24000 dollars treatment plan and office manager TERRY try to justify it with giving me lot of debt creating plans(care credit etc). I just wanted to have treatment of one tooth. It took me 3 hours wait to go through whole process but I left very disappointed. I visit other private dental office they said all the treatment DR ACONE suggested was OVER TREATMENT JUST FOR MONEY and they see many patient coming from Dr Acone /ASPEN with unethical overtreatmet and VERY POORLY DONE DENTAL TREATMENT. ADVICE- BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY PAPER GIVEN BY Office manager PLEASE PLEASE go to other dental office to verify if the Dr Acones treatment plan is not over treatment which suits his pockt only and not your health. PLEASE CHECK IF YOUR EXISTING WORK DONE BY DR ACONE is not poorly done.

I have always had the biggest fear about going to the dentist. I have never stuck with one, I bounced around to a lot of them because I always ended up Leaving with a bad experience. My teeth got so horrible and I was in bed for days with intense pain that I can not describe or compare anything to. I was told by a friend about aspen dental. I wanted all my teeth gone I was done with them! When I went in for my free consult, I met Dr.Acone, he put me at ease, he was honest straight forward and respected and actually listened to what I was saying. He never made me feel like just because he had a degree he knew what I needed without hearing my side. I was honest and open with him about my fears and that I only wanted him to work on my teeth. He agreed, and so I showed up to get three teeth extracted and immediate partials put in two days ago. I have never had a more wonderful experience. He made sure I was so numb, he put on music in the background, he talked to me through everything and kept asking me if I was ok. When I was done I could not believe it! I am so happy with how things went and can not wait to continue on this journey with Dr. Acone!

After spending 45 minutes on the phone w/ the central scheduling & connecting to a local office, I had a good experience. From the receptionist to the X-ray girl ( who was very kind & gentle when I said how much pain I was in) The doctor was good in explaining the findings & shared her concern for the need of a consultation to confirm her findings. I appreciated that very much. But now that Ive had the consultation, Im having a very difficult time getting back into see the dentist for the extraction. It seems "none of the doctors have openings". I have a multi fractured tooth that cannot be saved. The receptionist said yesterday, "we could see you, have the doctors evaluate & prescribe you more medication until you can get in to have it pulled." It seems like some "urgent appointments" need to be in the schedule. Its been 11 days since this began. I need the tooth out, not more medication to buy some time. Ive explained how much pain, nausea, headaches, inability to eat & loss of sleep Ive endured these last 11 days, but people arent understanding. Ive never waited so long for a dental appointment w/ so much pain.

I cant say enough about how wonderful Aspen Dental employees have catered to my needs especially considering the hell Ive been thru at Affordable Dentures where I carelessly did not do any research and paid full amount at affordable dentures and have been treated more like a pain in the but than a patient. Anyway I went to Aspen for help with a very bad situation with the dentures and with terrible pain and cuts and spurs al over my mouth and told them my experience at Affordable and they took me right in treated me like a person who needed help they were so compassionate loving caring and concerned not to mention very helpful considering what they had to work with. I cant thank u enough Aspen for ur help and your professionalism and also thank u for being there for me. I could go on and on about the staff the doctor Dr Acone is awesome and I swear by his word. These are good people trust me Id be really screw ed without these people. Thank you all at Aspen Dental in Williston Vermont! I love u all!

The people at my Aspen Dental in Williston, Vermont are the most exceptional people you could ever meet. The service is prompt and courteous. Once you get in the back you are just in awe of the knowledge, respectfulness, professionalism and patience you find there. The people listen to what you have to say, ask all the right questions then take care of whatever it is you need with incredible skill. From the first time I went to Aspen Dental I have always come out happy. My mouth has needed A LOT of work and they have performed it perfectly. They explain everything to you so that you know exactly what to expect and are right there for you with any questions you may have then or after the visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know that is in need of dental work. YEAH ASPEN!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me start by saying that I havent been to the dentist in over 15 years, so there was quite a lot of work needing to be done. Ive only gotten half way through all my scheduled appointments so far, but I couldnt be happier with my experience. One of the biggest things that kept me away from the dentist for so long was anxiety over the judgment I would face with the condition of my teeth. Had I known how compassionate and friendly the staff at Aspen are, I never would have gone much sooner. They treat you like a person, respect your feelings and concerns, and walk you through the plan to get your mouth as healthy as can be, making sure you understand everything that needs to be done. I would highly recommend this facility and its staff to anyone looking for excellent dental care with compassion.

After six weeks of waiting for my appointment day, I get a voice mail "sorry sir, there is a schedule conflict and your appointment was cancelled", just a day before my appointment. I try to call them all morning and finally somebody answered at the 6th try. She basically said, yep you have been cancelled and we dont have openings until the end of October. I said, ok but my insurance is going to be expired by that date and also, the specialist who did the root canal said that its necessary to do the crown within 6 week (Im sure they have all that information). I was rescheduled til the end of October and the lady said its gonna be OK with insurance. Update: Im still getting bills from them because they didnt bill my insurance right. Its been a total nightmare
