I havent had so poor experience before. I went here looking at their reviews but My first experience at Dr. Dental was horrible. I really dont want to even give one star? I had to wait a week to get the first appointment for just a quick checkup for my two week long pain. Not only that when i called on the appointment day (Thursday 02/16/ 2017) in the morning to double check my time, i came to know that the appointment has been cancled because i did not verify. They claim to have called me on provided number to remind but honestly i didnt get a single call. So they provide me quick appointment at 2.30 pm. But GPS error get me 20 min late there and front desk said " Dr. Have another apointment at 3.0 pm so do you want to reschedule it another day? " I was like , are you for real ? you changed my appointment at the first place and now you want me to reschedule It again? At the end, after checking with the doctor she said " we have to see you as a courtesy because you have arrived here. Now, Is this a way to tell the patient even though thats what your thinking? And then why do you have " walkin welcomes " wrtitten on your browser? Finally i got chance at 4.10 pm and found wisdom tooth. I got another appointment on saturday (02/18/2017) for wisdom tooth extraction surgery ( 260-300 $) depends on tooth and complexity etc. Saturday, i called again to make sure everything and i reached on time too. One guy already waiting there and front desk on the call. Now whatever happened was beyond my imagination. No greetings at all. Also, 35 minutes i didnt hear nothing at all. There came another guy in a queue to wait. Three people waiting and nobody knows when their turn will come if ever. Neither front desk wants to say anything for delay or anything nor we given any papers to start filling and save some time. Finally i had to leave after 40 minutes without sergery and wasted my time and Gas. And nobody even callback to findout at all. What an awfull experience !! Its clear that you dont value your patient at all and you dont feel their pain. If you are new patient going here , looking at their reviews then i advice you to go anywhere else but not here. dont make same mistake again.

I went Dr. Dental when our dentist retired. They got me in right away to examine a problem I was having with one of my teeth. They were able to fill a cavity that day and got me in to see their specialist in their Norwalk office to determine if I needed a root canal the next day. They are kind, responsive and provided me with excellent care. My daughters and husband have also gone there and they had great experiences as well. The Norwalk office determined that I did need a root canal and got it approved with my insurance in record time. The folks in their Norwalk office were equally wonderful. They spent time with me and explained everything. I wasnt sure about going there initially as I was worried it was a "chain" and we wouldnt receive consistent dental care with dedicated doctors, but I was wrong. Dr. Dental is now our family dental group. They treat our family like family.

I just wanted to take the time to thank Dr. Dental of Stfd.CT The new DR there Dr Choi, and his assistant Syesha treated me with the utmost care, It is 1 day later and I am 80% Pain free. My tooth extraction took only 15 minutes and I didnt feel any pain. Syesha was very friendly, professional and comforting. My pain prior to this was so severe I hadnt eaten for 5 days, and also went to the ER but to no Avail. Dr Choi found the abscess in my jaw that 3 other practices/Dentists could not find. I feel comfortable with the upcoming biopsy at their hands. The receptionists were also very kind and concerned. So The whole practice gets 5 gold stars, in my book, Im just happy to be talking again and eating TY for helping me :)...

First off it takes a lot for me to even go into a dental office, but the pain I had was so bad that I had no choice. I went to the office to get some information on what I should do and if I even had proper coverage, and I met a wonderful young lady by the name of Yanira. We talked about why I was there and for the first time I didnt feel like just another number, she made me feel like a person. She help me with all my questions and anxieties, and I even made an appointment. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family. And meeting Yanira was the cherry on top!

Dr. Dental is nothing but SPECTACULAR. Everyone in the Stratford CT office was nothing but professional and AWESOME. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Alison Sempertegui with OUTSTANDING customer service, then I met i think her name was Patty forgive me if Im wrong, she took my x-rays and she was fantastic, then I met Dr. Choi who cleaned and examined my teeth, he has to be the single most greatest dentist I ever met, he is just Great at what he does and I will continue going to see him. Overall The staff at Dr. Dental Stratford CT is the GREATEST IN THE WORLD.

I totally underestimated this place for my initial visit but Ive never been let down! The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr.choi is a great doctor who Ive never felt any sort of pain with (especially rare with a dentist) and syesha an assistant is the very best! She knows all her materials, is always friendly and ready to help you with anything you may have/worry about! This group of individuals are the best! I refer everyone to dr.dental because they are all simply amazing!

My visit today at the Stratford location was absolutely amazing. The young lady Angelica greeted me with a great big smile & was extremely attentive. The dental assistant Grace also greeted me with a smile & was extremely helpful & bright. Dr.Choy is by far the most gentlemen & is very passionate about his profession. Dr. Choy was very careful with me & did his job in a timely manner. My crown was beautifully done. Thank you to all the staff in the Stratford Ct, office.

I usually dont like the dentist but Dr. Dental in Stratford has certainly changed my mind! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kim who was friendly and checked me in. And when it was time for my clean up, the DA Syesha Tyson explained everything to me, she was so knowledgeable and made sure I was completely comfortable! Sy talked me through the whole thing and made the process breeze by! Loved it, I recommend this location to children and adults!

I am so glad to have stumbled upon this great dental office and even better that I didn’t have to travel that far. My dental assistant name is Elisa and she along with everyone else; helped me to feel a bit like family. Everyone is kind, courteous, and funny. It’s also great that they take my insurance and then also offer care credit for those who qualify.
