For standard dental care Dr. Dental is a good solid and reasonable priced choice. Their equipment and technology is fairly standard and they do not seem to have the latest dental CAT scanning technology such as an Aspen Dental however for the standard dental care I require their facility resources are more than adequate. My experience with their personnel has been better than average. The dentists I have worked with have been well trained at top universities. The have tended to be of foreign extraction and seem very committed to their patients and profession. They have always been, proficient, detailed in their procedures and pleasant in their way. Scheduling and wait time has been somewhat confused however in fairness much of this has been my issues with my own personal schedule. As Ive already said above They offer better than average dentistry at an affordable price especially if you are a "self pay" customer. For a more complex procedure like a complex cap or inlay or root canal I would likely seek a second opinion from perhaps another dental practice. With that said Ive been a patient of Dr. Dental for three plus years and Im very satisfied and have no plans to change where I seek my dental services. Tom R. Westport, Connecticut

I had problems in many of my teeth and hence I went to Dr. Dental. Positives: 1) I was treated by Dr. Reshma Rajan. She is extremely skilled and knows her job very well. One of my tooth had a really deep cavity and it was highly likely that during drilling there was a possibility of root canal requirement. But she extremely skillfully handled that tooth and prevented root canal. 2) The doctor gives very genuine advice. While treating you she genuinely wants to treat you rather than make money. She does not go for over treatment. 3) The staff is extremely well trained, polite and understanding. They have made arrangements for kids entertainment when they are waiting during your dental treatment. Negatives: The only negative point I observed that that they treat multiple patients at a given time. This resulted that I was waiting on the dental chair. I do not know if it is normal in USA because when I went to the dentist in India doctor treats one patient at a given time.

Came here for a checkup/ follow up visit. i cant expect to walk in and hope to get in and out quick, thats fine with me, just be prepared to wait. The doctors/ assistants/nurses are great, my wisdom tooth extraction went great. im happy they were able to pencil me in sooner. Heres what i dont like: I was quoted one price for the extraction, which wasnt bad. but at the last minute the price changed, it wasnt a surgical, they changed the quoted price to a higher price, normally i would argue but, this is just shady financial practice, although it was only a few dollars, some people just dont have that. i would definitely work with my dentist again, but i may think again based on the way the finances were handled.

I have not been to the dentist for awhile and a friend recommended Dr. Dental in Norwalk. From the very beginning as I walked through the doors, the Staff Assistiant was very friendly and helpful. I was throwing all kinds of insurance questions her way and she took the time to help me and call my insurance company to get my answers. When I went back to have my x-rays & teeth cleaned, the staff was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. My dentist was very informative and made my chair time relaxing as she cleaned my teeth. I would recommend Dr. Dental of Norwalk to family and friends and will definitely continue to schedule future appointments. -dhall

I havent been to the dentist in quite some time. I was recommended to the office from a friend and I was very hesitant as it was not a private practice. I am very glad that I did not judge a book by its cover. Dr. Gosavi was great she cleaned my teeth took all appropriate X-rays and even completed an extensive procedure same day to accommodate me. The manager, Bianca, was very pleasant and provided an instant approval for a payment plan and explained the treatment to me in a very comforting way as I have never had any dental work. I was afraid but I am looking forward to going back and grateful that I found the office.I would highly recommend others.

I moved from New York to Connecticut. My dentist was my old boss in New York, I came to the supermarket and saw your office and came in only to find out how the office worked. The receptionist was pleasant and informative, I met the dentist she was very sweet, very knowledgeable and my husband and I felt very comfortable, when she went on Maternity leave I had a few dental emergencies and I waited for her to come back. Wow, finally a dentistry that has a great operation especially with Tenuja Gosavi with her impeccable knowledge and soft touch, she has changed my opinion of dentists to where I love to go and see the staff. Fun, accomodating, painless, informative. with planning appts ahead of time with phone and text reminders. This practice is very inviting. Tenuja restored my smile, although she is still young she maintains a certain expertise with majic hands. great place

This office is lame, ghetto, no one knows what they are doing and the "office manager" doesnt know how to handle her staff. they have employees leaving reviews really? I changed my review because when I was there last year it ran much better than it does now. the office manager used to do everything she could to help patients and staff. Now I cant even get my husbands own files quick enough. They just give me the run around for my records

I was a new patient at the office and I was very concerned with my TMJ the doctor did a wonderful job and the assistant was excellent. She took wonderful X-rays once i explained my condition and did not hurt me one bit. I am very hesitant and do not seek dental treatment due to the severity of the pain i encounter throughout my visits. I would definitely recommend the office to my friends and family.

Bad dentistry period. Not going back there ever again. Office manager offered me to go back so they could fix it. I wanted a refund instead but because the dentist did her work I could not get it. Her work fell out the next day by the way. So she got paid for performing a poor dental work, and I have to pay again for the same service but this time I would make sure I pay for quality.

Really nice staff make you feel comfortable. Caring doctors get you in and out quickly and make sure your visit is comfortable and your business is appreciated. Angelica at the front desk is very welcoming and organized, Natasha, the dental assistant was SO nice and communicated all steps of my visit. Dr Rajan was great with communication as well and very efficient and caring.

Im Ted Evans, and I called Dr. Dental at the last minute to get a tooth pulled, because I was in a lot of pain. And within an hour and a half, I was in the dental chair having the extraction done. Dr. Rajan is really good at what she does, and the receptionist is really nice. Im going back there for any dental work I need, and Im recommending Dr. Dental to everyone I know.
