On the strength of one visit Im giving them all five stars. Heres why: A filling fell out yesterday evening, and I was plunged into gloom. A friend recommended GCFD, so I wrote right away and from the first moment, when I received an after-hours e-mail reply encouraging me to call first thing in the morning, to 45 minutes ago, when I walked out happily with a brand-new filling and the freedom to eat breakfast and drink hot coffee, I was completely taken care of. Everything was explained to me, concern for my pain was evident throughout, and at no time did I ever feel as though I was being hurried through a "system". Im actually looking forward to my next visit, which is (ok, yeah) a little weird. Maybe the glow will fade with time, but Im leaving all the stars up unless something really awful happens.

First time going here, my husband had a toothache that quickly became unbearable over the weekend. He called the office shortly after they opened and was told to come in right away. A couple of hours and an unscheduled root canal later he was immensely relieved. X-rays showed the tooth was cracked and he definitely did need the root canal. Dr. Keren and the staff were professional and caring, and my husband particularly appreciated the fact that he had no discomfort whatsoever during the procedure. While a root canal is never an inexpensive proposition, cost was I believe very fair and in line or slightly less than other dental offices. Thank you!!

Dr. Keren helped me to achieve the smile that I have wanted for almost 10 years! Dr. Keren and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs AND to complete my smile makeover just in time for my wedding day. My front four teeth were damaged and then bonded after an accident 10 years ago. Over the years the bonding, my gums, and overall dental health continued to deteriorate. Dr. Keren was able to restore my smile and I was able to smile ear to ear on my wedding day! I felt so beautiful and confident! My friends and family are blown away by how perfect and natural my teeth look. I HIGHLY recommend this office for any of your dental needs!

Dr. Doron Keren at Gold Coast Dental in Port Washington, NY is a phenomenal, first-class dentist. He just worked on a bridge for me and the results are fantastic. His technique is impeccable (the shots did not hurt at all), the office is immaculate and his staff is friendly and accommodating. I love dentists who are perfectionists! As long as I can remember, I had a terrible fear of the dentist. After seeing Dr.Keren, my fear is completely gone. The women at the front desk calmed me from the time I walked in until I got in the chair. The practice as a whole exceeded my expectations. The staff is like one big family and makes you feel like youre at home. Dr.Keren is the best dentist I have ever been to. His work is impeccable and he is absolutely a perfectionist. Im so glad i have found Gold Coast Family Dental!

Went to see Dr. Keren today...( I am a terrible patient) Going to see a dentist is the last thing I want to do! BUT Dr. Keren always makes it as painless as possible!! I have had very bad experiences with other dentists in the past. So I am especially sensitive and Dr. Keren really makes it ok!! I really have to say THANK YOU!!! Also should say that all of the people that work there are really kind... from assistant to receptionist to hygienist!!

The receptionists dont know how to do their job. They have no communication wth the doctors. And will blame you for their mistakes. I booked an appointment for one thing and when I came in they did another. Such a waste of time. Also they will tell you you need more work done then you actually do so they can make more money. DO NOT GO HERE! Unless if you want to pay more for subpar services.

I dont think they saw teeth in my mouth, but dollar signs. Have had to spend a lot of money to redo the subpar work that had been done. I was hounded by the bill collector/receptionist in a nasty way. When I wanted to discuss a pain in a root canal that was performed, I was told that Dr Keren was too busy.
