Mary was a blessing to us. She made saying goodbye to our beloved Peepers so much less traumatic than a typical visit to the vet would have been . I was able to hold Peepers in my lap (her favorite place to be) while she passed, surrounded by her family who loved her. Mary allowed us all the time we needed to get ready. She patiently answered all the questions my 11 year old son had about the process, so he knew Peepers wouldnt be in any pain. She also assured my husband that it was the right thing to do as animals cant tell us when they are hurting and rely on us to alleviate their pain and suffering. She took Peepers with her and with her remains in a beautiful wooden box that we were able to put her picture in. I would give her 1,000 stars if I could.

We can not say enough about Dr. Craig and her service. She took an incredibly difficult situation and handled it with care, respect and dignity. She did not rush our good byes for even a second. She was extremely caring and sympathetic and treated out beloved Blue with love.
