I took my dog to this location for the first time after moving from Texas to NY and it was the WORST customer service I have ever had a Banfield Hospital, so bad that I decided to cancel my dogs Wellness Plan and never go to a Banfield Hospital again. Also, think twice before signing up for their Wellness because if you decide the cancel, be prepared for the hassle it takes, you can only cancel by phone, wait time is usually 40-54 minutes and after 30+ min of waiting the call drops. Ive been trying to cancel for last 2 weeks and have not been able to get a hold of them but to signup it takes 5 secs for someone to answer the phone.

Get on a pet health plan but be mindful if U use up the benefits that U have to finish paying out the year. Dr. Robb doesnt work here anymore, he was the victim of a hostile corporate take over and thats all Im gonna say, he works at another clinic in Stamford. The staff here are money hungry greedy soulless autotomitons, they even try to cheat U out of your pet plan benefits, so dont take no for an answer with these people, dont. So the good thing, is the pet plans, the bad thing is the company has gotten nastier.

I took my dog for an exam and to have her anal glands expressed. The exam was a joke, no information or feed back was provided, and as we were leaving my dog immediately sat as if something was wrong with the glands. I asked them to take a look but they said that she might experience irritation for a couple of days. Well almost a week has gone by so I took her back to have them follow-up, nothing other than an office visit charge and give it more time. These people are a JOKE

Dr Robb is fantastic. I have only ever received the best advice from him and his staff. Sometimes the wait can be long but I try and avoid the busy times, even still I would wait than go elsewhere. Avoid the Norwalk Banfield, like the other reviewer said they only seem to care about money and I question their advice! It is also worth going on their pet plans as it seems to work well for my back pocket.

Great team. Took my 2 pups in to get their teeth cleaned, and they were in and out without any complications. Doctor even took note that our pets reacted poorly to anesthesia, and made the recommendation to use a different drug. I felt the vet techs cared for our pets, and provided some additional love to our dogs. Would highly recommend this site.

Dr. Robb is great with cats. He diagnoses carefully and seeks alternate remedies before offering up invasive procedures, and has a good bedside manner. He seems to be knowledgeable on the latest theories and findings on pet health (e.g., possible causes of struvite crystals in cats leading to urinary tract infections).

Their wait time is long! My appointment was set at 145 and my dog did not get looked at until 235. They kept telling me sorry were on lunch and then the doctor was on a "conference call". Unorganized place wont bring my dog here anymore

Dr. Robb & Dr. Tucker are awesome. They care more about the health of your pet than money unlike a lot of vets. Stay away from the Norwalk Banfield! All they care about is $$$
