I am saddened to write this poor review, but Trumbull Animal Hospital gave me no choice. We have been a customer since 1977. We have been treating two dogs for skin disorder infections for the past month. One has been on predisone and 2 rounds of antibiotics along with shower medicine. She is getting worst. Called yesterday and she could not be seen till 10:40 today. Arrived with both dogs..was told I was 15 minutes late and only 1 dog had appt.! I told her both dogs had the same problem and it was my understanding they both were to be seen. Every appointment in the past I have been kept waiting. After 20 minutes the desk person came out and informed me the Doctor would not be able to see my dog today. I replied you have got to be kidding. We have been here the past 3 weeks and have spoken over the telephone at least 4 times the past three weeks. I am very concerned that I might lose my dog since her condition is not improving. Not to mention that I have paid hundreds of dollars this past month. I thought we had a great relationship with the Vets of this practice. I think they forgot about customer service along the way and have lost their compassion for my four legged friend. I did call another Vet around the corner who said they would be very happy to see my dog in the next hour. Looks like I will be switching after a very long relationship.

As a client I must said I have never seen any organization with more synergy than I have experienced from the group of people at Trumbull Animal Hospital. I have utilized the services of Trumbull Animal Hospital for my pets since 1986. Most recently one of my pets received surgery and my second received treatment for a dermatology problem. Dr. Henry Kellner is an excellent surgeon and has been a true resource of proactive care and treatment for my dogs. I sincerely appreciate the expertise of both Dr. Wendy Robertson, and Dr. Ostrover. They extend every effort in treating and comforting both the patient and the owner. The support staff demonstrates the highest degree of professionalism. They are knowledgeable, engaging and have a can do attitude in addressing any concerns you may have. Their actions have continuously exceeded my expectations.

I started bringing my dog, Ziggy in February when a heart condition was diagnosed. I didnt think I was getting the best of care at my previous vet. The staff here are WONDERFUL. Theyre loving and caring and treat your fur family member as if it were their own. So I switched over and now bring my birds and will bring my new dog as well. Dr. Defabrizio has been more than amazing with Ziggy. Shes concerned about him and follows up and doesnt rush me if I have questions or concerns. Dr. Chang is new to the group but was very thorough with both of my Cockatiels and again I didnt feel rushed. I also bring them to the groomers here, Trendy Tails, with Katelyn. Shes also amazing with my dog. Ziggy had anxiety when he had to go in the car or anywhere but hes always happy to see her. She makes him look even more handsome.

We have been very happy with the care our dogs have received at Trumbull Animal Hospital since we moved to the area over a year ago. Dr. Melissa DeFabrizzio is a terrific vet who is skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate. Our dogs are getting older and she has diagnosed some subtle but critical issues which were resolved so we can enjoy our buddies longer. The staff at the hospital are wonderful: all friendly, efficient and genuinely interested in our pets well being. Katelyn, the groomer at Trendy Tails there is a huge plus for us. She grooms the dogs beautifully each month and brings anything of concern to our attention immediately. She also coordinates well with the hospital and the vets. Were delighted with the service at Trumbull Animal Hospital.

Ive first visited Trumbull Animal Hospital in 1976. Since than I have returned at least yearly, through several veterinarians, with many animals. I have never been disappointed,(quite the contrary, all the staff have been delightful.) All my animals have told me so. When it was time for my loved ones to go to heaven, the angles at this hospital were their guides. Gandhi says "you know the quality of a person by the way they treat their animals." Well, these are obviously the highest quality persons. I cannot recommend them highly enough. 3/29 - Again wonderful, compassionate, superior care for my little one. Would not know what to do without them.

I absolutely love the care I receive at Trumbull Animal Hospital. I have been going to this vet for 15 years and they have always treated our pets with respect and care. This is not a vet to only provide you with one suggestion for treatment. They discuss options and pricing depending on your budget and what you are able to do. They truly just care about your pets care and have always showed compassion and professionalism when dealing with both of my dogs. I dont think I will ever switch vets!!

Have a dog(BUDDY) and he has developed "cataracts" in both eyes. DR. Wendy Robertson has been treating him with eye drops and Buddy is responding to the medication very well.I do not(as a retired person) have the $3000 for the operation so we are hoping the drops will give Buddy some relief(as it appears to be doing).Anyways;I thank Dr. Robertson for all her expertise in her profession AND lets not forget the "STAFF"---they are all so nice AND friendly---THANK YOU ALL!! JOHN

they are just amazing my dog is never scared to go in there b/c he knows that nothing bad going to happen to him we got him fixed there but even so he loves every body he didnt came out scared or diferent or traumatize they are just perfect i live in bridgeport but i recomend them to every one at the park . and dont even get me started with the staff they are just lovely . the place its clean ( have same animal hair on the floor but what were u expecting ).

I have been taking my pets to Trumbull Animal Hospital for over 20 years. The care they receive is exceptional. Over the years the faces have changed, Dr. Kahn & Dr. Kellner have retired & also some of the support staff. The new faces, Dr. Ostrover & Dr. Robertson are vey dedicated, hard working and consummate professionals. The support staff are equally dedicated. I recommend their veterinary care to your pets without any hesitations.

I have been taking my dogs to the Trumbull Animal Hospital for the past three years and they have been consistently thorough, courteous and professional. I had been using another vet previously and am so pleased with the services that TAH provides that I chose to continue to take my dogs to them. They are very tuned in with their diagnosis when treating my dogs and I wouldnt hesitate recommending them to friends and family.

I have been going to Trumbull Vet for over 30 years. They care and they respond to the pets needs. I have brought three dogs there, and they never showed any fear. The staff is warm and caring. When my last dog died they sent me a card and called as well, now thats a vet. I am now taking my fourth dog,Rotti to them. I trust the vets and their medical knowledge. Bob Tolomeo
