I have used this facility for 15 years and never had an issue, but this past month I had an appointment for a well physical, had to cancel and called to reschedule and was told I had to wait a month to get an appointment. When I asked the secretary how she could help me as my dog was scheduled to go to the kennel in two weeks, her reply was not helpful. She informed me "were booking out a month for sick and well visits". I had no other option but to change vets as this is unacceptable, but her reply was "oh well sorry cant help you". I feel like this place has gotten too big and all they care about is making money. Not the old time farm vet they used to feel like. Sorry but we must move to a different vet that at least acts like they care!!!!!!

Had the most unpleasant experience with Dr.Doyle. Took over a week to respond to my phone call, only got a hold of him because I called again. Then went on to speak to me in a rude manner, telling me he will not perform a led check on my animals(waste of my time). Will never do business here.

They truly care for the animals that people bring to them, they help out local ferrel cat/dog volunteers to manage population. All of the staff are sympathetic of costly vet bills and will work with you to pay off those bills.
