I felt the need to post my own review of Dr. Wellner after reading a few other reviews. I have been a patient of Dr. Wellners for almost 10 years, on the advice of a former coworker. Honestly, I feel that overall, Dr. Wellner has been a GREAT doctor to me! In the years that Ive been his patient, he has never made me feel that I was beyond help. Yes, he may be short many of the times, but when you do need an ear, he will stop and give it to you. When I need answers, where say, another doctor may be evasive or sketchy, I can trust Dr. Wellner to give them to me. Also, where else can you go to see a doctor and get blood draws from the same person? I dont know of ANY physician who can give a shot right much less draw your blood? And he does it without EVER having to "search" for any veins. He uses the same vein and gets it right EVERY time! I never have to go to any labs for him AND I have never had to worry about infection control in all of the 9+ years Ive been his patient! Ive also had labwork done several times earlier this year through another provider when I was undergoing surgical treatments. So, if infection control was a problem, it wouldve been addressed. And under this other provider, I became septic! I wasnt even well enough to go see Dr. Wellner for a couple of months. Dr. Wellner is "old-school" and thats a GREAT thing! Just be patient with and you will glean the treasures of what Im trying to communicate.

The blond old lady receptionist very unfriendly...Doctor not friendly either, He took a blood sample from me without gloves, he move the needle from one site to another without a biohazard can (very antihigenic) . He was in so rush...first and last time I will visit him hell no!

I would avoid Dr. Murray Wellner at all costs! He has no respect for the opinion of you as a patient. He is often very rushed and seems more concerned about getting out of your room and on to the next patient than spending time with you. I would give him zero stars if I could!

I love that Welner is extremely experienced, pays attention, and treats me like a person, not a patient. He is the only MD I trust. Both my sis and daughter see him. Excellent Doctor.

Wait times always exceed 30min out past your scheduled appointment time. Front receptionist are rude and the office does horrible patient follow up
