My dog, Otis, and I highly recommend Bay Animal Hospital. On a scale of one to ten, where ten is the best, we give them an off the charts twenty. The staff makes such a fuss over Otis that he actually enjoys his visits as much as visits to our favorite pet store. The facility is clean yet not overly clinical, and the care and concern these people show to their patients and pet parents is genuine. None of Otiss predecessors liked visiting the vet and would have to be dragged to the door to go in. Otis, however, drags me to the door to go in. That says it all, really.

The staff is wonderful and caring, and the doctors are excellent in all areas of wellness for the pets. However, the cost for service is above their other vets prices.
