Will never return. Con artists, this vet is out for money and money only. I would rate them a zero if possible. Took my dog here a couple of times, and his anxieties were through the roof each time. Each wellness check there just so happened to be something wrong where numerous medicines had to be given each time. 1.) SANITIZATION . Despite hair being all in the exam rooms, While diagnosing a rash by genital area the vet was rubbing the plastic piece (used to place on the stage of a microscope) and broke the piece near his genitals. The vet was bleeding a little on my dog, went to the back cleaned up put a band aid on real quick while continuing to bleed out of it and proceeded to give my dog his vaccinations. 2.) Greed. While taking my dog in for a final puppy shot I was told I couldnt go back with him to watch, UNLESS I paid for the wellness exam which typically runs around $40. Before I knew it my dog was returned to me, LESS THAN 20 seconds after going into this back room with one of the techs. Im supposed to believe my puppy who has a hard enough time running off with strangers, allowed them to give him a shot in LESS THAN 20seconds?

I found a dog laying on the side of the of Marl Pit road this am on my way to work. I stopped , thinking this is an odd place for a dog to be laying, he had been hit and left there I stopped and picked him up and I found Atlantic Vet, I stopped there and told them what I had and they were VERY NICE AND CONCERNED , they scanned the dog and found his owner, I called later in day to find out how the dog was and he is going to be very sore, but he is good. IT IS VERY NICE TO KNOW THAT THERE ARE CARING PEOPLE OUT THERE, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE WHO HAS A PET THEY ARE VERY NICE, CARING AND WERE CONCERNED ABOUT THE DOG. I do not live in De , I live in Md so I just started riding looking for a vet office and I am glad I found Atlantic Vet.

Thanks to the receptionist at this clinic my friend was reunited with her 14 year old dog. The receptionist told me that she had seen a little black dog on Craigs List and then she took the time to go on the site and give me the telephone number. If she had not done this, my friend would not have gotten her back since the person took down the listing after only 17 hours and was going to keep the dog. Thanks to the Odessa and Dover police too, who forced the lady to return the dog.

Weve been seeing this vet for almost 5 years with a 14 year old cat and since our lab was a puppy, He is very caring and always takes the time to talk about concerns without rushing us out of the office. His staff has always been kind and courteous. Were moving to another town this week but well continue to bring our "babies" to Dr. Weiher because we know they get well taken care of, Thank you Dr. Weiher and the staff at Atlantic Veterinary Center!

The most caring and attentive veternarians you can find. Dr. Shapiro went the extra mile when my rabbit suddenly fell, even coming in for an emergency appointment during off hours and making last minute appointments for her during her recovery. She provided extra advice and assistance over the phone, and overall just made myself and my rabbit feel safe and welcomed with her compassionate care. We are looking forward to our next check up!

DR. SHAPIRO and the staff here are AMAZING!! After being completely misinformed about my bunny being in labor from my regular vets office they took my bunny in with no questions asked! I have never been here before until last night and they were fantastic!! They performed a cesarean and spayed my female bunny. Without them my bunny wouldnt be here!! I recommend them highly! Thanks again!

I have 15 year old housecats and dont take them to the vet regularly. One of them had an issue recently, and I was able to get an appointment for him the following day. The staff is very nice, and Dr. Weiher was great. He spent about 20 minutes examining my kitty, and gave very good advice. I would definitely recommend Atlantic Veterinary Center.

Atlantic vet cares for your animals as much as you do. They are friendly, clean and truly take the time to listen to your concerns. Someone ALWAYS calls to see how your pet is doing after a procedure, and at times, the Dr. himself will call to check up on your pet. I love Atlantic Vet Center.

This is one of the best vet centers Ive ever gone to (and Ive been to quite a few!) Dr. Weiher always takes his time and does a great job. You can tell that its a good place because there is no staff turnover. Other Atlantic Vet Centers have constantly changing staff and vets.
