We took are senior cat to them after having unpleasant experiences with another vet. She had been diagnosed with diabetes at other vet and her doctor at West Sussex found that she no longer had the problem. They were so great with her. When she passed away.. the sent our family a sympathy card signed by the whole staff. They are such caring people. Any animal would love it there.

The employees are the nicest and friendliest I have encountered at a vet hospital. Not only are they great with the animals, but they treat the owners like they matter as well. They try to get you in quickly for an appointment and you do not sit and wait forever in the lobby. They have very reasonable prices for a veterinarian. I will continue to use them for all of my pets

Dr. Craig Metzner is an excellent Veterinarian. He allowed extra time to check the health of a new puppy I recently adopted plus he looked at an abscess on one of my dogs that was not scheduled to be seen at this appointment. He could have had me reschedule to see the other two pups, but took the time to save me the inconvenience. Thank You Dr. Craig!

Im the mom of a Chihuahua. And Western Sussex Animal Hospital, the girls there, and Doctor Eagle are just fabulous. No matter what is use I may have they get me and my dog and right away to be seen. These are definitely a must to be seeing if you need to vent.

From the Vets to the assistants to the people who answer the phones, everyone is so caring and knowledgeable. My pets are part of my family and they dont laugh at that. Their compassion makes even the gravest of diagnoses more tolerable.

Easily accessible, large parking lot...all the staff members are friendly and helpful. Very informative and display real care for the animals. The waiting room is spacious and always clean.
