Place sucks found out they had my dog two days ago i come in to get him and they gave him away to someone else because he was there for 5 days when 1 noone told me he had been there for the 3 already and 2 noone evan told me i had 2 days to get my 4 year old daughters dog or they were giveing him away when i called

While the SPCA is still a sad place to walk through, the people who work at the Cecil County SPCA seem to really love their jobs and the animals residing in the shelter. They were so helpful when we came looking for a new dog of our own. My mom and I really appreciated their time.

Wonderful experience. Very friendly workers and extremely easy adoption application process. Not a large selection of dogs but a wide array of cats which all seemed very adoptable. I would gladly recommend anyone to adopt a forever pet from here
